  1. Had the same two oddities on ours, I think.
  2. Probably this, similarly font -confused: F0A = no special purpose vehicle
  3. Pretty sure BWB is meant to be 8WB, front fogs. Can't remember the other, and can't look properly just now.
  4. Have you checked the strip fuses above the battery? Think it'll be fuse 4 on your car.
  5. Under the longitudinal box section or under that console mouting point are good places to lift, or support once lifted.
  6. What was it in the end please Anton? I guess a couple of quid didn't buy a replacement BCM?
  7. Scan the HVAC module for stored faults. Don't be too surprised if there's a code related to V68 heater flap motor.
  8. Scroll down this page to the third from last, and last diagrams, click on each for all the info about both of those PR code brake set-ups. Car Parts Catalog - LLLParts
  9. Most people are out of date with what Skoda UK are now recommending. Would expect forum regulars to know though, loads of recent threads on the subject.
  10. Thermodynamics tends not to though.
  11. Can you message me with your VIN, or just post it here?
  12. Could be an interesting experiment, if the A/C works.
  13. Maybe get it on VCDS, to look at what coolant temperatures actually are when the engine is fully warmed up? Might be running hotter than it ought to be, without triggering any warnings.
  14. The sensor is in the aluminium pipework, near the coolant expansion tank. Probably a fuel filter in the way of easy access on a vRS. Have a look at the wiring where it comes out of the connector, and if you can disconnect it, look for wetness or corrosion on the contacts. Insufficient refrigerant can/does give one G65 fault code, but the fault description would say 'low refrigerant pressure'.
  15. What was the exact fault code, please?
  16. I would expect so, yes. Don't know much about airbag issues though.
  17. The Halfords employee has motivation to sell you the most expensive option. Without seeing AGM written on it with your own eyes I would be quite sceptical.
  18. As per reply to PM, all Scalas seem to have EFB factory-fitted, at least for similar build date.
  19. If you message me the VIN I can see if that gives any definition of the factory fit battery type. I have a feeling it may not, but I could be wrong.
  20. OK, ta. According to circuit info, fuse 22 (40 Amp rated) is permanently/directly powered from battery positive, and there is no other device between the fuse output wire (black/red 4mm²) and the 6-way beige connector you have in the last photo, except a 10-way intermediate connector where that black/red from the fuse changes to the red/white that goes into the beige connector. Location of this intermediate connector described as 'behind dash panel', rather unhelpfully. Finding this connector and checking for corrosion of contacts may be what you need to do.
  21. Your fronts are PR 1ZA, 312 x 25 Rears PR 1KS 272 x 10
  22. Pressure gauge sounds like a good plan. Look to see if pressure is close to the switch rating, especially at just above 1500rpm, with engine at full temperature.
  23. Just one pressure switch. Where did you buy the replacement from? I thought the rpm threshold was 1500, and I don't think the cluster (pack?) ever monitors the switch state below that, except perhaps during cranking.
