  1. Yep, correct part number for this car is 03F133062, not superseded by anything.
  2. Will look up in a sec, but if original TB is not giving faults, why are you replacing it?
  3. In that case let me know the VIN or reg so I can look up genuine part number for you.
  4. Have you adapted the ECU to the replacement throttle body after fitting?
  5. Yes, that's a DQ200.
  6. Almost certainly not, but at that mileage there's very, very little chance any degradation has occurred.
  7. I believe the usual sequence of events is overheating followed by mechanical failure of the head/block joint (loss of gasket compression), rather than the converse.
  8. Ignore the doubling up suggestion. Would be way too thick. 6 thou doesn't sound like a huge lot, but I'm no expert.
  9. Has the cause of the gasket failure been established? E.g. coolant pump failure, thermostat stuck closed (there are two), radiator fan failure etc.? I don't know the answer to timing question, sorry. I wonder if you could double up on the hg?
  10. All those dates seem consistent with one another, and with your car's build date of 05/05/2011. So it is looking like it was all there from the factory. I admit to being a little baffled about why the parts catalogue currently denies their existence. Maybe someone with true ETKA like a Skoda dealer can shed some light, as I think that gives more of a view of the history of part numbers. Anyone else with a mk2 Fabia with CBZB engine care to look at their hose-work to look for similarities?
  11. That's reassuring I guess. So either the part numbers that partslink24 currently show as correct for your VIN used to be different, or that hose assembly has come from elsewhere on its way to being on your car. I suspect the latter, but don't know how to check, except... Is there a visible 'manufactured on' date visible on any of the hard pipe sections or valves etc of your set-up, which might indicate a mismatch of dates relative to when your car was built?
  12. This is the arrangement on our manual gearbox Roomster with same engine, showing the 'cross firewall' hose and then the additional bit from that to manifold below throttle body:
  13. I had the idea of looking up the vacuum hose from brake servo for your VIN, instead of looking solely at that right-angle valve with the two hoses. Seems the part equivalent to your last photo is supposed to look like this for your car: Edit: error in text additions to above pic, the label 'brake servo connection' should read 'connection to hose from servo, that crosses firewall left to right' That hose is part number 6R2612041R. Part number of pictured bit is 6R0612041F. So none of that suction jet stuff. Wondering if your setup (or whole engine?!) has come from another car at some point in the past. If the brake servo assistance appears to be fine, I wouldn't be rushing to change anything though.
  14. Don't bother trying to put VIN in, free sites will never do anything useful with it.
  15. An imperfect seal would possibly let a very small amount of unfiltered air into the engine, which nothing would notice.
  16. I don't believe this fault will be related to the airbox at all.
  17. Interesting. There's no such second connection on our Roomster, but I just found a system that looks a lot like the arrangement currently on yours, from a Self Study Programme for the Audi version of the 1.2 TSI of this era. Is there an electrical connection (like the green plug on this image) at your brake servo vacuum connection?
  18. I'll have a look at our Roomster in a bit, for comparison.
  19. Sorry for delay, PM replied to. Looks like you may have a non-standard arrangement there.
  20. I'll start a private message conversation with you in a sec. Would be good to know reg or VIN in order to look up correctly part. 🙂
  21. I'm wondering if there's a different version that goes with DSG gearbox, does your car have that?
  22. The way to get a message to admin is to tap the 3 dots in top right of one of your posts. Then choose 'report post' then select the relevant option. In this case 'posted in wrong forum'. You can then help them out by specifying the correct forum.
  23. The oil can come from elsewhere, wicking along in the spaces between wire strands, within insulation; counterintuitively. Coolant can end up in strange places by the same mechanism. Just thought it was worth mentioning, cos I had noticed oil in the sensor connectors on mine but hadn't thought it would matter, until I saw that bulletin and found that it really does!
  24. VCDS Lite, free download from ross-tech.com plus a cheap generic KKL cable works for most stuff on mk1 Fabia, and even mk2 up to early 2010.
