Amundsen MIB2 Firmware Update
@Mehmetv - thanks for that. Hopefully @pab567will be able to advise on the latest firmware version for your MIB system - it looks like a Bolero.

MK3 Octavia vs Mk4 Octavia
You can always upgrade it at any SKODA dealer - who will charge you for the enablement code (FeC) for your MIB system to give you SmartLink. Voice Control on MK3 and MK4 cars is useless....don't use it.

Amundsen MIB2 Firmware Update
Nope - you can upgrade to version 4.78 which definitely fixes a lot of gremlins. Your maps are also out of date and you can find that update info at http://updateportal.skoda-auto.com/

Amundsen MIB2 Firmware Update
You have to hack the MIB system and of course we don't recommend you do that. It is an FeC (or a Feature Enabled Code) - which will cost you about 150 odd euros to enable from your local SKODA dealer. You should also consider updating your firmware to the latest and if you press/hold MENU, go to Version and Version information, take a photo of that screen and we can advise.

Sat Nav not working :(
@OlleWood if you get completely stuck, then please PM me with your VIN for your car (so I can download the MIB1 maps relevant for your car), and send me your Navigation Card and I'll sort it out for you.

Octavia VRS Questions
@VRS2021 - you've got a broken or misaligned trim panel or clip missing on that top plastic on the boot, which is causing the plastic not to be supported on one side and it is drooping as shown.

Squealing between 3rd and 4th (DSG)
Potential Dual Mass Flywheel failing....I assume your car has a DQ250 box, unless it has a 1.4tsi engine or smaller, in which case it will be a DQ200.

Background lighting-ambient door panel light
Sounds like a broken wire in the wiring loom between the B-pillar and the door - which will be in rubber sheath between the pillar and the door.

MY19 vRS Background Lighting...
I have to big up @SashaGrace at this point, because my MY19 went from 16 colours to 32 colours after a visit to Wales! The fun and games is that the lighting RGB colours don't actually match up with what is outputted, so that does take time. I'm going to see if I can retrofit different modes to colours on my MY18 (if it sticks around).

Octavia 3 VRS TDI 184 4x4 with many extras
It has an internal gauze filter within the pump for HALDEX 5 - not a HALDEX 3 external filter..... Sorry - that's was I referring to.

Loud Vibrations after DMF and engine mount replacement - MK3 Octavia Scout
Dual Mass Flywheels are anywhere between £350 to £600 depending on labour. I need one for my DSG VRS, so feel your pain. The DMF for your Scout may also be a toughened version, so check with Skoda. If warranty is not a problem, go to a VAG specialist otherwise it is your local Skoda dealer - and it comes with a 2 year warranty....

Octavia 3 VRS TDI 184 4x4 with many extras
Its been an interesting week with the Octavia. It turns out that the selling dealer told us porkies about the mechanical state of the car. Firstly, we love the car, but if the dealer is not going to play nicely, it will be returned. Things that were recently done (remember its less than 3 weeks old) -> 1) New VW Battery as the auto/stop start failed and the electrical supply in the car was being wobbly. 2) The DSG gearbox oil and filter was changed - it hadn't been changed by the selling dealer (who said they had). 3) The HALDEX Oil and internal gause Filter were also changed: it hadn't been changed by the selling dealer (who said they had). 4) A Full Service (it wasn't due, but the oil and all the filters were all dirty) 5) Electric Mirrors mechanisms greased 6) Engine mountings greased. However, not all the issues were resolved. The dreaded metalic clanking of the DMF (Dual Mass Flywheel) on the DQ250 has been making more and more noises. My other half heard it today - clanking away at high torque. Less than ideal. I'm about to negotiate with the selling dealer. Wish me luck.

Radio 65 plate Octavia
Assume that the OP has either a Bolaro or Amunsden car radio system, it all depends on the hardware and the firmware version. You also need a phone that support Bluetooth 4.0 and above [2 or 3 years old]. Lets look at the MIB / Audio system. Press and hold MENU, press Versions and Version Information and send us the screenshot on this post. If the OP can send us info on their phones (make and model), I am hopeful that if the OP also checks out https://compatibilitylist.skoda-auto.com/ this list will also show whether their car can take two phones at the same time or not. There maybe firmware updates to see if this might fix gremlins which stops the phones from properly connecting phones to the car audio system.

Climate Control Knobs
You need 4 x release keys to get the screen out though.....

Infotainment system not working
Might I suggest that you make sure that Android Auto does NOT have any power saving functions enabled. It needs to have full non-power saving mode enabled for it to work properly, because what you are showing here is that the phone is restricting power and is causing Android Auto to glitch.

Infotainment system not working
You are missing the Sat Nav part to make it an Amunsden, so suspect it is a Bolaro. Both models are similar - one with Sat Nav - one without. However - if you could press and HOLD Menu button, go to Software/Versions and Versions and put the screenshot onto this page, I suspect it will be a firmware update you will need to fix the issue.

Only Driver Door Opens When Unlocked
Go into the MIB system - CAR -> Settings -> Doors and Locking -> change from Single Door [Driver] to All Doors.

Missing functions on 2019 VRS infotainment?
So - there is a firmware version available to you for your MIB Car Radio System. You have an MIB2.5 Amunsden system. I will PM this to you seperately. In terms of getting Sports Mode information on your screen, its a FeC [Feature Code] that will need to be enabled by your dealer. The lap timer should be there in the Maxidot and if not, this can be enabled via VCDS.
