You decided to make it stripy? Lots of little pinstripes all down the sides and along the top. Seams a bit of an extravagant way to do it to me, could just use stickers so you can take them off it you don't like them. The previous owner put a lot of them on my body work and windows and I don't like them personally. it's up to you though.

I think he means taking it through a car wash can sometimes damage the paint.

Fitted a new high level brake light (one that wasn't full of water) and replaced the rubber gator thing that goes round the handbrake, as the old one had split.

I filled up with petrol today, and washed it.

With a microfibre mitt and a bucket.

No extra stripes for me today.

Had the car for a week so removed the dealer's tax disc holder and rear window sticker and replaced them with a neat VRS magnetic tax disc holder and a Briskoda window sticker. Also did the oil check (needed a small top up), tyre check and then took it for a blast!

Fitted LED'S to my number plate lights & front sidelights but ended up braking the o/s headlamp mounting bracket as the release mechanism was seized solid   (headlights never been out in 5 years) new one ordered..............lights look better though!

Finished installing my Airtec intercooler, OEM Xenons and EGR delete

I spent a few hours at the computer today designing up some spacers for the engine mounts and then sent the drawings upto the machine shop to be made... Ultimate in Cnc bling soon to arrive.

Swapped it for a Rapid TSI - until the end of the week when I can get my Yeti back. Looking forward to it as I've got backache from just the 10 mile drive back home :( Fortunately my commute is only three miles.
