They know you too well ;)

I have to admit, some of that article (when translated) did make me laugh. :D

Interesting read that. It's when it's all summed up and you realise how many variations and changes have happened.

The comments after are quite interesting to read as well, nice to see all the photos in one place as well,

Richard -  Is Yeti ( vRS)  just a pure track car, or will you show it off at a meet one month ?

It's a road car biased for track work.

But perfectly usable so I might bring it down to one of your meets in Maidstone in the Summer.

I do like this translated :)

So bought - not wrecked, but mobile - Audi TT RS for almost a million CZK and dismantled it to use its technology in the Yeti.

Probably better to pop along to a track day Steve, I'd suggest the road is not the best place to experience this vehicle now.

Apologies if I've missed it, but has it been on the scales now it's all mechanically finished ?

In all the excitement I forgot.

Should get chance before it's off to be mapped on Wednesday as it's now sitting with a full tank of V power.

As I'm only doing 2 sessions at Combe, I will have the elbows at the ready to get a ride in this. ;)

There's a list? Interested to see the weight difference with the diet. Was it originally weighed with the light weight wheels?

Yes, as I ran it on track days.

Was a bit over 1,400kg.

Without me... :D

So an extra 8-10 kg per wheel lighter than standard?

Wheels were about 7.5kg from memory.

OEM were about 5kg more.

Still a 20kg saving. That's a big bag of spuds!
