Wheels will be dropped off at the powder coaters on monday. They will be Kawasaki green the same as engine bay bits. I will be spraying my mirrors to match and the chrome bit will be green. Oh yeh, i have got some green fluffy dice for the arse too!

my god what a day!!

only just stopped after eating me din dins... its been 18 deg and glorious sunshine today so i thought i best use the sunny day accordingly. !st job was my 60 mile round trip to drop my wheels off at the powder coater.

car looks like a old bill car atm..

then i went about rolling my rear arches.. LONG.COM doing my offside arch took aaaaaaaaaaaaages as theres a dink in it from the last owner. i got no pics of the actual arch my the dent is less obvious now (its still there) but alot smaller. in the plus side, i now have a good 10-12mm more space under the rear arches.

you can see the inner arch bit i wore out lol

after doing both rear arches.. this happened..

sizing it up with bumper back on.. its not bolted up at this point hence why its ****ed.

i thought i would check all my pipe work before i pull my SMIC off etc..

glad i did,

Fail.. a little bit peeved at this point.. so i thought as its all off ill fit the intercooler

got a couple other things today INCLUDING THE THING I NEED TO FIT MY LEDS TAXI G! lol

other things you will see once my wheels are back.. now.. to get ready for work tomorrow... burying my bosses Granddad.. not gonna be fun. :(

soz lloyd didnt notice u comment.. the shims come with little spacers that come in different sizes. the space the calipers out to the new cambered angle of the hub.

Little update.. my powder coater sent me this today...

OOOOOOOOOhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!

Im hoping i can collect them tomorrow. i just sprayed my mirrors and vent trims and it started to pi55 down! my garage is a 30 second walk to my house so i had to keep them in there to dry.. hoping they dry properly.

i de-Vrs`ed the back today as well. the paint work under the badge is wrecked so i had to use some 2500 grit to try and flat it a little.. looks a bit iffy if you studdy the sticker up close and personal but it will do till i can get the tailgate sprayed.

i got a text from my powder coater yelling me my wheels are done and i can go and get them at 8 o clock.. the 60 mile round trip had to be done..

getting mega weird looks from my neighbours fitting my wheels, mirrors and trims with the street lights. sod em!! i wanted to get it all on!
