i have mesh going in there dude so its a whole lot of effort for not much. i have and induction pipe running up to the filter from the wide mouth for now. Ordered my new "smaller" big front mount today so i will getting that on asap!

TODAYS BITS

Last day off today so i crammed it all in. First off, i sprayed my gauge pods matt black. they look alot better now.

then i got bored and decided to make things pretty...

then was still bored and matt blacked my slam panel as it looked gash.. a quick rub down and prima..

and when its all together it looks like this..

Quite happy with all that! i just need to buy some jublie (spelling) clips and i can replace all small my boost and vac pipes. i also have these in Kawasaki green. when i get my next couple of days off ill take my inlet off and rocker cover and paint them up. The colour thats on there at the moment was to help me decide to go that larey!

cheers, yeh i love the green also. Thought id be different and as the V of the vRS is green i thought it was apt. Was gonna keep it all hush hush till i have my silicone and FMIC on but noticed when posting pics of my wing missions the green test patchs on my bay, so kinda let the color thing out the bag!

New Smaller FMIC was ordered yesterday so once i have a MAP sensor pipe that will be on asap. I also Ordered some AP Coilovers today so the car should be on its arse rolling on my dished 18"s in the next couple of weeks!!! wooohooo!!

For anyone interested in a Wide mouthed front bumper, im going to get it repaired and primer`ed up and will be popping it in the for sale section soon.

Top work dude, for a bit of info I've found as soon as you open the washer bottle cap the first few times it cracks up on the flexi join bit, I've just neatly chopped mine off so only the top part of the cap sits on, if you get what I mean

see it on the top and it cracks all in the hinge. i mite do your idea if it cracks... im hoping as its high temp paint it mite flex more. (never know it mite) lol

Old "to big" FMIC went a couple days ago, and the new 1 arrived today...

i also been reading about coilovers till stupid o clock last night and suprised to read about the FK HighSport coilovers have a very very good reputation over on a couple audi/dub/bmw forums. i know alot on here love the weitecs but the drop on them is not enough for me so ill be maxed out all the time and have a horrid ride. fks offer 100mm drop, im planning on a 70mm ish drop so these seem perfect. I have has a poo experience with a set of second hand cheapy FKs in the past so was a bit apprehensive. after reading quite a lot of good reviews, this one swayed it for me..

My old FK AK's I had on my Vento were the most comfortable coilovers I've ever experienced, and it was very low

Top mounts and 2 new tyres ordered today as well. cant wait now.. i nearly have everything

no joms on mate... cant get joms with VRS mounts for the drop links. i ordered APs then realised the 50mm drop would only equate to 25mm drop on a vRS so i cancelled them.. im now awaiting my FK highsports with 100mm adjustment! Car should look a whole load differnt in a week or so.. new tyres for my 18s, top mounts FMIC the lot¬!
