Can't make up my mind on colours for a VRS hatchback, loads of folk seem to be going for Race Blue (nice) or Candy white, I'm starting to settle on Meteor grey with the black pack but i need to see one just to be sure.

Could look great if you go for some wild wheel colour as well. The colour is so neutral that it works ( for me at least) with that wild accent. A bold thing to do though.

I have seen a Fabia In the same or similar grey it looks great, have ordered a hatch in meteor grey with the black pack I reckon it will look great too. I like the race blue but want something a bit different. The race green was tempting!

I know what you mean. When I was watching touring cars, last weekend, I was thinking about coloured alloys for it. I have red alloys playing on my mind.

Meteor Grey. .. No, , it's horrible, like raw clay in colour. Yuck!

Race blue or that green exclusive which I do not know what it's called because it is not available in Romania.

I like the grey, especially with black roof & spoiler. That's what I'll be ordering.

Cheers guys, I guess it's a Marmite thing then, it looks a bit darker on the configurator though that might be the monitor. Certainly a bold move, not sure about the coloured alloys, I'm a bit too conservative. LoL

Id be fed up of telling people to f**k off after years of people asking "when you going to have the top coat done?"

No they ask you what it's like to drive a blob of clay. 

Refering to the colour being darker on the configurator, here's a pic i saved from it. Surely you can't say this looks naff.

That looks ace, wish I'd ordered meteor grey now.

I have been putting off and putting off my decision yet, and despite feeling underwhelmed when I last took a test drive. I tomorrow am going to have another test drive in a diesel manual to confirm to me whether or not to buy one in that colour with the black pack.

Looking at the brochure right this instant, I would say avoid:

 

1. Black - It shows the dirt terribly and you'll always be washing it & any scratches show up horrendously.

2. Yellow - Unless you want to be known as Bananaman,

3. Meteor Grey - Bland, horrible & clay like. Blugh. 

4. White - As per Black sans the scratches.

 

Best colours:

 

1. Race Blue - The classic colour for the car.

2. Rallye Green - Bold & Brash and an attention grabber, which looks great with the anthracite wheels.

3. Brilliant Silver - Smart without being extrovert, classy.

4. Corrida Red - A great colour for a sporty car.

I think you were spot on but then I had silver, red & blue vrs in that order.
