Also going to sell the other R32 GT-R I bought, as I'm doing the Yeti as my track toy.

  • A few pics of the deeper red colour when the sun is down, brothers in arms.

  • Right.   I gave myself a good talking to and popped out for a little bonding with the new car.   Holy moley it's even more bonkers than I remember the last ones being. Yes, they have worked a lot

Yes, this was the car that made me want one in exactly this colour and the reason I bought mine.

It's not a common colour and was previously owned by the Essex area rep of the Skyline Owners Club.

Did a few shows with those guys in my Yellow GT-R but always admired this car.

Well done on the restoration and good luck with the sale :)

Wow, especially that one with the front end and workshop in picture, brilliant

Like... what you mean like???! LOVE more like LOL. Absolutely stunning looking car and if I had the dollars would be winging its way this way already!! :D

I can definitely see the difference with the Nikon 810.

Took some pics yesterday with the D3200 and they just don't compare.

And I always thought it was a great camera.

There is a great contrast between the two objects, glad to see the tutorial helped out :)

for the price of a (new) fiesta diesel, this is a giant slaying track weapon :) GLWTS , cracking save of a great classic car Richard :)

Old school, can't beat it.

Been a while... R32 is in for tinkering again. :peek:

Stroker kit to take it from 2.6 to 2.8.

Increasing rev limit from 7,500 to 8,000rpm.

Head ported and flowed. (it was starting to limit things a bit)

Keeping same turbos, but they should fill with air earlier in the rev range and produce more poke.

With the revised top end rev limit I am hoping to increase the "wow" part of the powerband by about 40-50%.

It make 530bhp at AMD before, be interesting to see what it comes back like from RK Tuning.

Should be back in the driving seat in a month. :)

Following on from my post three weeks ago...

The decision was made to ditch the existing engine.

Opening up a well proven forged engine just didn't make sense.

So it was sold, covering 75% of the cost of the new one.

The new one is a bare engine that has been build for the new spec.

2,800cc instead of 2,600 as planned with all the upgrades it needs, including some nice pipework to help the flow rates which is all being coloured black so it doesn't look overly modified.

If everything falls into place, hopefull it'll be on the road in a week.

All I am waiting for is my fancy titanium exhaust, supposed the best RB26 one out there.

Seems to have gone AWOL on the way from Japan...

Looks like that'll have to be added later.

Car porn.

Can't think of anything else to say about this thread :)

That final turn was brilliant.

Somebody buy that man a beer!

Not just any old LFA that, but the Nurburgring version!

nice drift :)

Nice driving :)
