Ok I think I've waited long enough so went to Paypal and asked for 20 day delivery or refund.

Did you pay by gift?

I see your name on the list but doesn't say which payment type.

Although paying as a gift, if enough people speak up they should see it as fraud and refund.

Either that or laugh and take badly for avoiding paying them the £1.02 in fee's to cover such an event.

But if you paid as a gift there would be no goods, so Paypal would be within their rights to tell you to go forth and multiply?

How did you report it to PayPal, you can't raise a case against a gift payment?

Normal payment through Paypal, as far as I know it was not 'gifted'. then, after giving Keechy fair time, went to the paypal sight and followed their instructions.

And have you been refunded yet?

I'm taking it up with my credit card company, they can chase it through PayPal and the courts

I think you have to give seller 20 days(from time of complaint) for you to receive goods or return your money, then paypal will take action.

Paypal have just asked me if I want to make the complaint a claim, have to wait again

Just received an E-mail from Paypal saying that the the claim has been decided in my favour and have awarded me a full refund. Hope this is helpful to anyone else who didn't receive the goods.

I hope you're wrong mate but have to agree... In saying that only 1 person didn't gift the money out of the list of us that haven't had the struts... So not a bad little score.
