Just finished watching this now. I didn't enjoy it as much as Fastest, but it's still a fantastic film!

Still brings a tear to my eye watching again what happened to poor Marco :( Such a waste of life and an immense talent. Would've been some amazing racing with him and Marquez.

Still love watching Casey Stoner's comment to Valentino after he took him out with the Duke!

Speedup this year remind me of Ligier F1 in '79.

 

The French team were wildly fast (indeed unbeatable) in the opening races, then nowhere. It was always alleged that the Ligier designer lost the fag-packet with the set-up numbers on the back

 

Although in a recent interview he denied this and offered a more scientific explanation.

Not sure the new safety fencing is up to spec....

Getting to them all I think.  It is going to be very close between Lorenzo and Rossi.  I want Rossi to win but it is going to be a massive task.

 

Speaking of massive.  What a highside by Danny Kent!  Daft as all he had to do was cruise home in third as he knew The Beast had dropped it.  Still that is the first time we have seen an error like that from him and it probably looks far worse as he is normally a real mature, thinking rider.

Guinters is going with Lowes to Yamaha run by Chris Denning who has been with Suzuki for years.  He has obviously had enough of them and seeing how the R1 is performing elsewhere (BSB) I think he has done the right thing. 

 

Nicky Hayden will do nothing all year is my prediction.  Apparently despite him constantly denying it he still isn't fit and I just cannot see him doing any good.  He may have been Moto GP World Champion but he was lucky and has done nothing since.  He should hang up his leathers and stop wobbling around just out of the points.  Where is his pride?
