What do you guys think to the grill?

Featured Replies

Ummmm.... I'm gonna say I'm not a fan of it. 'Cos ideally you'd have the same styling treatment on all of the orifices on the front end - to present an 'omogenous look - like. :)

Sadly white vertical lines don't do it for me and there's NFW it'd look any better if the "theme" was carried through to the lower grille and foglight surrounds. It'd look like some weird sci-fi monster (Dr Who Prisoner 0?) grinning at the bathroom mirror to brush its teeth. I have seen worse though.... Like the retro-themed Imprezas Japan offered for sale at one time.... <hurl smiley>

As said, getting rid of the chrome and your onto something.

Have you thought about getting the face lift grille?

I'd be more than happy to replace my front plastics with a set of honeycomb grills. I'm talking about the bonnet grill and the ones near the foglights (lower side of the front bumper , pre-facelift and not with a DIY project). Would this be possible?  :nerd:

Ontopic: IMHO, that car has been repainted for a reason ... and not only for cosmetics...you should keep it as close to the factory look as possible but any color would match that grill, as long as it's black.
