How bad can a main dealer get?

I would not have thought that Mitchell Skoda could get any worse, Unfortunately thet can and they are? I specifically asked the acting dealer principal and Skoda brand manager, Richard Macklin if the owner who is ill had been made aware of everything that has happened this year. Plus, of course, if he was happy about it all. He told me that the owner, Mark Mitchell, was seriously ill but he promised to brief Mark. That was seven months ago yet when I asked this month what had been said there was a deafening silence. It is very clear to me that nothing at all had been said to  Mark, he had not been briefed. I have now had to   write  again to Richard a to give him 4 weeks to brief and to get back to me. I understand from Briskoda that other contributors have found Skoda dealerships to be truly awful and I am definitely one of that number .

The feeling i get is they are their to sell cars and nothing else, the sales teams + managers change a lot when you return to the same dealerships, and its all smiles up until when you have a request further down the line, then you are dealing with Mr & Mrs nobody, who are poorly trained & i am convinced deliberately withhold as much info as possible.
