we didnt get those over here, instead we got the AOL ones... 

I can't remember how long ago ( was in the days of 14.4 internet) I got a CD to connect /set up a Total serve account. Lots of years later I found that Total serve were taken over by Madasafish . TRen I became a Plusnet customer and I now find that my old internet account( with my old user name and account ) is available on plusnet.  This came as a surprise to PN tech blokes.
