According to either the BBC or FIA Carlos and Daniel have already moved to their new teams of Ferrari and McLaren after 2 races (see standings table above).:tongueout:

It's on the BBC, so it must be true, :D however it's still showing Vettel driving a Ferrari. To be honest it's been a while since Vettel's driven anything with any purpose.

ONE point from 2 races is hardly going to bring him that 5th World Title or impress the other nine Team Principals.:whew:

Only one lap today from Vettel and he qualified 10th. Last week in the dry he qualified 11th and finished 10th 24 seconds behind the winner despite the safety cars.  I know the cars has some issues, but Leclerc managed P2 last week.

It won't be long until the 3 big teams will be begging Lando to sign a long term lucrative contract with him currently 3rd in the Driver's table with 26 points in the Renault powered McLaren he may be very competitive next season with Mercedes power.:mmm:

Total disaster for Ferrari as both cars out by lap 6.

And it was all Golden Boy's fault. Wrecked both cars 30 seconds into the race. Maybe Sainz wont have too much to worry about when he moves there.

Joke works team Renault following the lead of RBR this week.

That is: If you're not quick enough or reliable enough, protest the teams who are.

FIA investigating Racing Point design specifics after Renault protest.

They have even asked Mercedes to supply the relevant parts from last years car for comparison.

To be fair, even they would have noticed he was completely innocent this week.

I think Binotto will value last weeks points less than Leclerc single-handedly wiping out the whole team this week. Naughty step for young Charles again.

Charles surname LeClerc in French means literally The Teacher In Churches At Middle Age so perhaps God has a job for him when he hangs up his helmet.:tongueout:

Last year maybe. 2 poles 2 fastest laps and 1 win?

Sainz may need extra large mirrors to see The Flying Man who thinks he's a better driver because he can win when his team break the rules AKA  cheating.🤴

One thing you can guarantee in F1 is that someone somewhere in the paddock will be protesting about something............probably that despite the face masks some team members do smelly garlic flavoured farts.☎️

Reports state Bottas deal is done for 2021.

Russel/Vettel will be disappointed.

If I was Toto I would want the same 2 current drivers for next season, makes perfect sense as both drivers appear to respect each other and don't crash into each other (number 1 rule in F1).

Bottas is the ideal number 2 for Merc

As well as paying him a decent number 2 wage at least he can collect plenty of trophies and bottles of champagne knowing he is driving the best car on the grid.

Rumour mill is full on today - Vettel to Aston Martin next year.

Buying out Perez long term contract will be damn expensive I think?

Viewed head on, 6 of the slower F1 cars are now white and difficult to tell apart at racing speed.

Nearly all the cameras at Zeltweg were head-on.

Anybody else (apart from their sponsors) finding this annoying?

I couldn't tell them apart on a smallish TV.

It seemed like sometimes the commentators had the same problems too

"It's the Haas in trouble, no, the Williams"   "actually it was the Alfa Romeo "

have a lottery at the start of the season where each team is assigned a different base colour, and stick with it, I say

Reminds of the joke about Vettel going to the team doctor about a spot on his rear end and loud amounts of wind that made an odd noise. The doctor examined him carefully and took samples of the spot for testing. The results when they came back said “apscess make the farts go Honda”

Renault still whining the about "copying" other F1 cars being wrong.

Would they protest if Racing Point were slower? I think not.

Do they remember 1979 when everyone who could copied the previous year's Lotus 79? I think not.

The racing was terrific in 79-82 even though most teams were running Lotus clones.
