@Davidmet14 You can upgrade to MST2_EU_VW_PQ_P0480T but first you have to install MIB STD2 Toolbox and patch swdownload in order to install this firmware

Yes, but unfortunately I don't know where to download STD2. With swdownload.

I downloaded version 1.3.3 which I read should work with my radio.
But I would like to be sure.

I don't use it at all so someone else has to confirm but if this is the newest version then IMHO you should go with it.

Patching is made with MIB STD2 Toolbox so have it installed, in the newest version.

@pab567 Hi. Thanks for the file MST2_EU_SK_ZR_P0480T which I downloaded and put onto SD card this morning. Tried to update system but it came back saying unable to read metadata info.

I formatted SD card (quick format) with File system FAT32 and allocation size as default. Any thoughts?

It looks that you are trying to update from SW version 02xx or 03xx - this is not possible unless you patch your unit first.

so I have confirmation that for the update from 245 to 480 you need Toolbox and even version 1.3.3.

Unfortunately I overlooked one thing.

I have version MST2_EU_VW_PQ_P0245T

And the downloaded 480 software from pab567 is for version MST2_EU_SK_ZR_P0245T

The problem is in the letters PQ (multivan t6)

And ZR (octavia for example.)

The difference is in the unit located in the radio or separately in the passenger compartment.

Please can someone give me a link to download the new software for Multivan? That is for MST2_EU_VW_PQ_P0245T
