Dealer says that must leaye car on service for three days…thats the problem. I dotnt think there is three days job.

Seba800 is different, he need update to 088 first but it isn' t easy. There are some TPI in the Web explain it.

In my car I had an issue  with SW 139 installed,  I update to 143 but  unable  to be principal user.

Only the dealer could repair it  reseting the OCU.

Yesterday my Karoq was  with dealer,  they done reset but it didn't help. They told technicians need to be involved. So if you have idea were from I can get 149, I would like to try myself. 

That is the question,Skoda technicians must do it. As they told to me, Cloud service not recognice the car parameters and an update don't solve it.

My car was two days in dealer.

The funny part is that I have this issue from first day, but thay are told me that it's not covered under the warranty,  and asking lot money for fixing it. That why first I want to try 149 myself. And please update what is the solution with your car when they fix it.

Mine was repair under 4 years extended warranty.

So the reset helps.  Thay told me that it's still not working, but I just tried in a case, and it does.  Finally I'm a primary user.

Thank you vegarz for the fast response. I was able to download the 332 but the 308 gives me an error "Temporary error, retrying." Is there any alternate link?

332 is mentioned a few posts earlier but 330 should be fine for you unless you're having issues. I've just updated mine from 270 > 330 this morning

Although your software version looks different to others in this thread, eg MOI3_EU_SKMQB_P33000P_0330, and the spelling is all wrong?

That's better! 332 is the latest mentioned above but I doubt it would offer much, if anything, above what you have

I just wanted to say thank you once again. I postponed the update and finally did it yesterday and it all went smooth. Unfortunately it didn't help with becoming the primary user but as I can see a lot of people deal with this problem so it is what it is.

The trouble is in the OCU not in infotainment, dealer can help to you restoring that unit.

i wanted to update my Karoq infotainment, but i need to know some things:

1. What is the right structure of files on flash drive? I've created more directories for each update version and then copied two folders from each archive with files to these. But this seems not correct, because it can't recognize the updates in car. Should I stand with some strict structure or names?

2. What is the right filesystem? Infotaintment has no problem reading the USB drive, but is it posiible that maintenance system needs different?

I have the same problem as Llama_88, in that i have downloaded and extracted ver 308 but my 2021 Karoq is not recognising the update on the usb. I'm trying to update from ver 302. The usb is formatted to exFAT. Any help would be appreiated.

Hi, I'm looking for some advice.

Ive got a 2021 Karoq and based on the software history its never been updated and the dealership is not helping.

Its currently got version 0270.

Its always had a problem with not being able to set a primary user and also with the SOS call system. Both of which I understand are a common issue with this version.

What version (or sequence of versions) should I be updating to? And where can I download the updates from?
