You need to install 308 first (there's a MEGA link further up the thread with this file) then you can install 330. This is the same sequence that I followed. You may want to also update your OCU which is slightly more involved, but not massively.

It might help you, but I'm now on 330 and on the latest OCU version and still having primary user problems. Skoda tech support have said I need to go to a dealership to sort it out which is really annoying.

ich bin neu hier , habe einen Skoda Karoq 2021 mit der Softwareversion 302 .

Habe hier die Versionen 308 und 332 runtergeladen um mein MIB3 upzudaten . Als erstes habe ich die 308 auf einen USB Stick entpackt , jetzt habe ich auf dem Stick

zwei Ordner 'data' und 'meta' , soweit so gut . den Stick in den USB C Anschluß gesteckt und versucht upzudaten , aber keine Reaktion , keinerlei Anzeige im Display .

Der Stick funktioniert , hatte vorher *.mp3 Dateien drauf .

Was kann ich tun um das Update anzustoßen , gibt es einen Trick das er das Update macht ?

Downloaded versions 308 and 332 to update my MIB3. First I unpacked the 308 on a USB stick, now I have on the stick

two folders 'data' and 'meta' , so far so good . the stick plugged into the USB C port and tries to update, but no reaction, no display in the display.

The stick works , had previously *.mp3 files on it.

What can I do to initiate the update, is there a trick that he is making the update?

Hello, wich OCU is latest. I am looking at MIB Solution in category : MIB Solution-MQB_Solution-OCU. AM I looking ok ? There is 4 OCU.

I have Skoda Kodiak FL 2022 with MIB3 Amundsen and 330sw. Noiw I am downloading 332 from link above.

I have problem with GPS. Aftre I installed latest P154 maps every time wheh I am in position wher maps for that place is not covered it lost position and after I tirn car of and start iz again my position is in Germany but I am in Croatia. And that German position is holdin for few days and than after that time it find real position and everything is ok. If I turn MIB or restart it does not help. Only solution is waiting. Because of that I want to update my MIB. What the OCU do ?

Ja sam novi na ovom forumu i vidim da razgovarate o temi koja i mene zanima. Ja sam skoro kupio Škodu karoq 2021. Godište. Imam problem oko postavljanja glavnog korisnika i opće konekcije na Škoda Connect. Moj trenutni sistem je prikazan na slici ispod. Molim nekog iz grupe ko zna koje ažuriranje da napravim da bih riješio problem. Sa ovih stranica sam preuzeo 308 i 332. Sada dali trebam oba ažuriranja ili samo jedan od ova dva. I bilo bi poželjno postupak kako to odraditi. Hvala unaprijed!

Pozdrav, trebao bi ici redom...ne mozes preskakati. Meni se to nije dalo raditi i jednostavno sam otisao u ovlasetni vw servis i rekao da mi ne radi dobro te da sam provjerio da ima nova verzija softvera koja to rijesava. Napravili smo zapisnik o problemu i ostavio auto kod njih. Taj dan bilo i gotovo. Ja sam i stvarno imamo problema...kad bih spojio mobitel sa BT sa autom gubila se konekcija jako cesto. Azuriranjem se to popravilo. Ja sam trenutno na 330 verziji.

Hvala, dali su vam naplatili tu uslugu? A baš mi se i ne ostavlja auto! A znate li možda koji je postupak ovog ažuriranja...mislim mogu li odmah fajla staviti odmah na USB ili prvo moram 308 ? Te kad isteka USB stika u C jeli dovoljno pritisnuti aktualizacija softvera ili ?

Iskreno ne znam postupak koji ide ali znam da azuriranje jako dugo traje...ja sam im ostavio auto rano ujutro i dosao u 15.30 i jos cekao do 16h da ga dovrse....jer se navodno mora ici po koracima po verzijama....nema preskakanja iz nekog razloga tako da ne znam koliko koji korak traje ali znam da je dugo.

Koliko sam ja shvatio...usb treba formatirati u exFAT i onda samo zip file rapakirati na stick i to je to...ako sam dobro shvatio....ako budete radili sami ajde mi javite....mozda bih si ja instalirao 332.

Ja sam proljetos radio sam azuriranje gps mapa i sve je radilo ok ali kada sam isao na more, nasao sam se u jednom dijelu gdje mape ne postoje i auto se toliko zblesao da vise nije moga naci svoju poziciju i nista nije pomoglo da dodje sebi. Isao sam u servis i dogovorio termin da vid sta mu je ali dobih gripu i nisam isao...nakon 7 dana usao u auto i on radi normalno i ima svoju lokaciju. Ali cim izadje sa mjesta di nema mapa odmah se zblesa i ne pomaze ni gasenje ni hard reset ni factory ni nista...uzas.nikad vise necu sam mape auzrirati. To izgleda on povuce mape ali ne i sve ostalo sta mu treba. Jer takav problem nisam imao nikada dok nisam sam azurirao mape. Zato sada i gledam da probam 332 mozda bi se sta popravilo. Ali nije to samo 332 ima tu jos nesto sto se azurira. Neki OCU za sto ne znam sta je upce ali je kao bitan i ne znam kako se on azurira....ako odradite samo sve molim da javite kako.

Iskreno ne znam smijem li se usuditi sam da to uradim. Bojim se da nešto ne krene po zlu. No vidjet ću dali će se još neko javiti da objasni sve, korak po korak. I dali smijem poslije 308 odmah ići na 332, ili mora baš svaku verziju pronaći i redom instalirati jednu za drugom!?

Svakako da ću javiti ako odradim sam i to cijeli postupak.

Poslije 308 smijes ici na 332...ali nikako prije 308 ici odmah na 332

I'm new to this forum and I see that you are discussing a topic that interests me too. I recently bought a Skoda Karoq 2021. Model year. I have a problem setting up the main user and general connection on Skoda Connect. My current system is shown in the picture below. I'm asking someone from the group who knows what update I should do to solve the problem. I downloaded 308 and 332 from these pages. Now do I need both updates or just one of these two. And it would be desirable to have a procedure on how to do it. Thanks in advance!

Why you want Update OCU?

I thought that when you go with the latest version of the software, it might be best to update the OCU as well. Who knows what the current version is. Maybe one of the initial ones because I took the car as soon as it came out. So 4 years ago. If it's not important, then I won't touch anything. With the current 330, there are small difficulties with GPS. It loses It location, i.e. it doesn't know where it is. Restarting didn't help at all untill It came to it senses and then everything is fine until I got to a place for which there are no maps and then the same problem again. All this happened with the last update of the maps, which I downloaded myself from the Skoda website and manually installed them via a USB stick.

That's why I thought I'd update everything possible in the hope that this problem will be corrected as well. Otherwise, I'm a hunter and that's why I go to such terrains, deep in the woods and there's no GPS map, and then I lose my location. When lose location it throw me around so much that I find myself partly in Germany and partly in the Adriatic Sea. Horrible.

Which Software have the OCU now? 0330? No this is 5F or?

Wich is latest version of OCU ? Can you point nuber of latest version. Now I am on 332 firmware but do not now what OCU do I have. Did you download OCU from there ?

Gospodine Danic, jeste li instalirali firmware 0332? Ako jeste koji je postupak bio, i jeli bilo kakvih problema pri instalaciji?

Pozdrav, evo bas danas instalirao. Presao sa 330 na 332. Sve proslo ok i jako brzo. Sto se tice postupka. Skinio zip file. USB stic formatirao u exfat i zip file samo raspakirao na stick. Budu dva foldera na sticku. Ubo stick u auto i isao provjeriti koju verziju softvera imam i tamo se moze birati da uradi update i to kliknuo i to je to...dalje je on sam sve odradio. Cak je i auto bio ugasen. Samo upalio MIB3 i ovaj postupak...izbacuje on sta radi i resetirao se jednom ili dva puta i to je to...uglavnom sve proslo ok...nisam stigao prckati po njemu nakon toga ali sve radi ok. I sve je ostalo isto mislim nije se resetirao na tvornicke postavke vec je sve zadrzao kako sam je podesio sebi...tipa od radija i ostalih postavki.

Da da...sa tog linka...1 stranicu unazad. Ja sam bio na 304 ili 306 pa su mi stavljali u servisu 330. Tada je taj bio zadnji. Ali svakako moras ici na 308 pa onda dalje. E sada dali moze direkt na 332 ne znam. Mozda da probas sa 330 pa onda 332. Ima i stranicu dvije link i za 330. Za svaki slucaj. Mozda i ne treba.

Evo samo da Vam javim da sam uspio azurirati firmware na 0332. Sve je proteklo kako treba. A ja sam riješio i problem glavnog korisnika. Hvala svima!

Super, bas mi drago da je sve porslo kako treba. Pitanje jedno. Ja osobno nemam niti sam imao problema sa glavnim korisnikom. Nadam se da ih ni necu imati ali me zanima kako je rijesen taj problem. Cisto ako mi se desi da znam sta raditi. Ili je samo azuriranje softvera rijesilo i taj problem ?

Vidim da su instalirane i zadnje GPS mape ili je islo OTA azuriranje samo od sebe ? Ja sam sam instalirao jer nisam placao onu godisnju pretplatu. I to sam napravio sa tim zadnjim mapama i onda mi se pobrkalo sve kada izgubi lokaciju. Jel bilo takvih problema ?

Glavni korisnik riješen tako što sam promijenio postavke privatnosti na maximum jednu minutu, a onda vratio na dijelu lokaciju. To su mi savjetovali iz Škode. Međutim, ja dok nisam azurirao sistem na 308, nisam mogao pristupiti tim opcijama. Jednostavno vrti u nedogled i ništa se ne dešava. Sada, poslije ažuriranja, mogao sam tome pristupiti i onda opcija postani glavni korisnik. Moraš imati oba ključa da pritisneš otključaj kad zatraži sistem. I onda je sve urađeno do kraja bez problema. Karte sam azurirao prije preko onog portala. Preuzeo i na stiku kao i ovo ažuriranje pripremiš. Onda taj stik samo ustekas u auto i on sam azurira u pozadini dok auto radi. Kad završi pojavit će se verzija koju ste preuzeli.
