The car was produced in week 5 of 2025. I got it in March. I ordered in November and back then the pricing list was for MY24.

The multimedia is 8" Bolero.

Well I've got myself in some strife. I'm stuck on MOI_RW_SKMQB_R23802P.

Like the EU version, MOI3_RW_SKMQB_P27801 contains three versions - 0238, 0268, and 0278.

Well the update from 0156 to 0238 went fine.

But now when I try to initiate an update, it just reboots back into red menu.

I really don't want to get stuck on version 0238. Among other bugs, it puts 'pre-production hardware' across the screen while using Android Auto.

I think the copy of MOI3_RW_SKMQB_P27801 I've got is missing some files. But that was hard enough to track down in the first place.

The copy of MOI3_RW_SKMQB_P30800 suggests I could upgrade from 0268 if it can get it updated at least that far.

Australia. We don't have Skoda Connect which I assume is why the Kamiq follows the RW software train.

Funnily enough, my Octavia and Ateca both follow EU software trains.

I have a Superb iV from 2020 and my MIB3 unit was updated from 0156 -> 0278 -> 0308 -> 0330 by the dealership in Germany.
OCU also updated.

I'm having a problem with the maps, I'm seeing 2 cities from Cyprus (always same 2 cities: Limassol and Nicosia) in random places everywhere on the map, and they appear mostly when I zoom out.
Maps are stuck to 23.6. Tried with offline update via USB, but also with Infotainment Online, no change, no new road appeared, nothing.
Swap codes are looking good, the 00071c00 appears to be installed and valid.

While navigating throughout other countries, maps are looking.. not great, not terrible, however, navigating through Cyprus is a total mess (please see the attached picture).

I managed to update to 0332, the emmc ended with status "New", however, nothing changed on the maps.
Connected with ODIS, tried to format the Navigation Data Bank, but every time I tried to start the operation, it would just return "Incorrect Results" as the outcome and won't do anything.

Is there anything that could be done further at this point or this unit is "bricked" forever?

I then performed the first update 0156-0238-0268-0278 via USB stick. But now it stopped. The charger was connected, so the voltage wasn't the problem. What are the options? Hello also I had Amundsen H12 with SW0156 after a recall for OCU updated to version 0139 and an update to version 0278 the nav did not update maps anymore and after complaints I was changed the hardware and installed version H22 with SW 0306 everything is back fine. The problem with the OCU update is in the activation of the SWAP and the FEC 0071C00 which enables the automatic update of the maps via OTA with connect active (49€ year)therefore SW update of the nav must also include the complete update of the OCU

It's a bit frustrating because all the other things are working really well, without any other issues. I have read topics with people saying they are having an "infinite loading" issue, or they can't become the primary users or the Care Connect is not fully working. For me, it's just the maps that are broken, nothing else.

Hi I had my 5F unit replaced under warranty already in 2023, today we have more experience, first I would try to activate for free for one month in trial perid "Infotainment online" in Skoda site do a reset of radio by removing fuse 19 and make sure you are main user and give maximum privacy permissions, so force map update using navigator as well. Use Kamiq always connected in hot spot and in instructions try to force system updates and others. If you have a friend with OBD 2 dongle with carscanner or with OBDeleven I would check the version of OCU ECU 75 and if it has errors. Updating OCU 0139 was part of a recall and if it was done (to me in 2021) the updates to 5F also went through and hopefully the radio will start working again. I remain on standby

Which is your actual version number ? If greater than 308, upgrade to 332 can be directly done, and if not you have to install intermediate versions. Also if from 1xx version to 2xx, there is a problem on GPS license.

For my Scala update from version 156 to 330 has been made by dealer. But there is a regression with Skoda Connect services and I can't be primary user of system and dealer does't know why (infinite loading message). I found help on this forum to update OCU to version 143 but problem is still present. I wonder if update MIB to 332 would solve that
