Only problem I had was deciding which mode it was switched to. I want '0' that goes off with the ignition. The other '-' remains on until switched or battery usage goes down to 11.5 vdc and the unit switches off.

Who fitted your new towbar? did they cut the rear skirt? photos if you have them, please My Kamiq has the wiring pre fitted but after the struggle I had to get a towbar fitted to the Fabia monte I like to know how easy or otherwise your fitting went.

I have never noticed smoke as my regens mostly occured while travelling, the smell and slight roughness to the engine worried me the first time they happened and I think the engine ran on when parked. It does get hot though!

I posted a video, there was a Skoda dash cam being fitted to a new housing around the drivers mirror, this included usb connections but would be Expensive!

Perhaps it was out of wi fi range and tried several times then timed out?

On my Monte with 18" wheels (thats what it came with not a choice) it is 20mm higher.

On my Focus my apparently low mpg was put down to my not resetting the milage trip! I left it with the dealer for a couple of minor jobs and when returned the mpg was much better

I have had this useful feature on my other Skoda, as speed increases so does wipe speed and conversley as you slow or stop so does the wiper speed but my middle and top speeds seem to coincide.

Overtaken by a big car (fat and wide Audi) and my windscreen drowned in the bow wave as it went by. I flicked the wipers to max and there was no apparent change from the previous wiper speed. The Yeti and Fabia had suitably fast top speed on the wipers why doesn't the Kamiq? Is it alterable via software?

I noticed this when I bought my Kamiq, the cars in the showroom some had them others did not, never got to the whys and wherefores, my car does have them (I think)

I drove into Bath this morning it took about 12 minutes. Coming home roads were blocked by cars queueing for fuel out into the main roads! solis gridlock cars driving on pavements and the wrong side of the roads to get past queues. What **** told them there was a fuel shortage, the BBC?

I had my Pixel 3A with me this morning, I got into the Kamiq Monte and the car begged me to accept Android Auto and then asked for the next phone as well!

What sort of Diesel are you using? is it a branded No.2 fuel? or someones "biodiesel cooking fat special"

I had stuff dropping out and finally the radio stopped working and the dipped lights went off, I was stuck for nearly an hour in a traffic snarl up, when it started moving I started the engine first go. I went home and put the battery on charge (Ctek) this took a while as it was very low on charge. Finally charged everything worked properly except the radio which was a seperate fault (and was replaced eventually under warranty). *Advice, use your phone to record error messages that helps if you have warranty problems.

Can you hold your phone under the dash or console and run a off a few photos or film to see what needs clipping down to stop rattles?

As the fuel goes into the turbo Then to the cylinders your best bet is to read up on test reports. I have voted for Wyns, accidently as I cut and pasted it for a search.

Only one? I was travelling at night and my headlights picked out about eight mallard in a group on the tarmac, I braked hard but they did not have a chance there were five donk, donk, donks and I picked up five dead ones largely unmarked, the others managed to fly clear.
