    Soaked mine in vinegar for a few days, blew some air through it and it worked.

    If you've backed up the old files before deleting them on the card, how about copying over the 2 missing files and see what happens?

    For me, my 1.6 DSG ticks all the boxes, but I don't tow and there is usually no more than two persons in the car. It's also very reliable. If you've got a family then the 2.0 is probably a better option

    Mine is still on the original Varta AGM battery, so I'd recommend Varta
