SE L front indicator bulbs
I'm afraid to say, the official method is likely to be removing the bumper and then the headlights. It appears to be similar to the Yeti and MK3 Octavia where there is no access panel for the indicator: You'll need to cut/snap that panel out then find a repair cap (part 20) plus screws to cover the hole: To give an idea of what's likely to be involved, the Erwin instructions for a Yeti can be found here: https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/177401-indicator-bulbs-replacement/?do=findComment&comment=2137088 MK3 Octavia is pretty much the same, namely remove bumper, remove headlight, snap out panel, fit new bulb, fit repair panel and reinstall everything:

Broken tail light 2013 VRS
They are designed to come out very easily so you can replace the bulbs. It should all covered in the owners manual. I'd probably remove the damaged one to check the part number and source a good quality used one, as you might find a brand new one looks odd compared to the original one on the other side. Whilst it's off, check the indicator bulbs as the yellow can flake off with age 👍

Missing Software
It depends. If it had driving modes from factory and there are no wiring/button faults. Any dealer/garage using ODIS with an online connection to VAG can restore the original dataset/coding/licenses which should fix it. If it didn't have driving modes and someone has just added the button. Then you'll need to find a third party retrofitter to apply any dataset/licenses required.

What type of fuses Octavia Mk3 2018
It'll depend on the circuit but if I remember correctly, most internal fuses are either standard or mini blades.

Skoda Kamiq Radio Unit Location
It probably depends what headunit you have. I would expect some are in the glovebox as normal, others will be behind the screen like this:

LED DRL Question
The LED bars are dual use for both sidelights and DRL on the vRS. Might be worth putting your dipped beams on to see if they function as sidelights otherwise you'll still have MOT issues I'm afraid.

Perhaps try messaging local VCDS owners to see if anyone can help There is a map here: https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/224376-vcds-owners-map/ And a list here: https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/262215-list-of-vcds-owners-previously-known-as-vag-com-vcp-owners/

LED DRL Question
As above, your link isn't working I'm afraid. A 2010 vRS should be a MK2 FL and have a frontend like this: If so, the LED sidelight/DRL bars above the fog lamps are stock and fitted to all vRS of that age. I believe the correct part numbers are: - 1Z0 941 067 (left) - 1Z0 941 068 (right) They are attached by screws to the inside of the bumper: Which means the official removal method probably involves removing the front bumper for access

Skoda Yeti speedometer problem
I expect it's genuine, they asked the same on the Yeti forums and based on their username/profile picture, they are a dealer. It's quite possibly this car they are having issues with: https://orbitautos.co.uk/vehicle/name/skoda-yeti-se-tsi-dsg/

Octavia Window Switch and Assembly
Are the part numbers not stamped/molded into the trim/switches? If they are none on eBay, a dealer should be able to order them direct for you

Steering wheel covering view of the top of the tachometer & speedometer
Unlock the steering wheel with the lever on the underside. Pull/push to adjust. If it's never moved since new, it might be quite stiff but should free off quickly

Infotainment
The screen won't fit. The glovebox unit should fit but I think you'll need to change the HMI. Maybe @pab567 can add more info.

Skoda Octavia VRS xenon problem
I'd be tempted to check the voltage input to the two ballasts to see if that matches the battery/alternator voltage or not. Just be careful not to go near the high voltage side!

Skoda Yeti speedometer problem
At a guess, your car has a MK60 based ABS pump. When you swapped the clusters, the ABS pump will have noticed the VIN mismatch and wiped it's own coding. The easiest solution is to have Skoda or someone with ODIS online recode the module pulling the correct coding data from the VAG servers. You can try and generate a working code yourself but there is no guarantee it'll be 100% correct. A VCDS autoscan or similar will help confirm the issue and may help folk suggest a working coding.

Skoda Octavia VRS xenon problem
You mention the bulbs are new, did you have the same issue before you swapped the bulbs? Also, where did the bulbs come from as there are lots of fakes out there...

Feeling unsafe in my octavia
I don't know anything about the differences between OBDeleven versions I'm afraid, I use VCDS. Hopefully someone will be able to confirm for you. Seem like this issue often hits BMW's. Some folk suggest changing the brake fluid so if that's not been done in the last two years, it might be worth trying - especially if you don't know what fluid was used. At least one person had the ABS module replaced under warranty which did fix it.

Pedestrian Protection System - On mk3 Octavia
Each manual will cover all options for that model year. As you have a vRS, you'll have plenty of equipment that's not fitted to a base spec 'S' model car 👍 You don't need to worry about the bonnet ejecting as the active bonnet was only fitted in to the 2012/2013 models. Assuming you've shut it properly, there is no reason for it to open during any driving situation

Feeling unsafe in my octavia
It's part of the ABS module so it doesn't have it's own fuse. If you pull the ABS fuse you'll have loads of warning lights and no working ABS... You'll need to use VCDS/ODBEleven or something similar to change the adaption channel.

Pedestrian Protection System - On mk3 Octavia
Each year has a different manual as the features change so often. Depending on the build date of your car, the best for you are likely to be: - 11/2018 onwards: https://ownersmanuals.blob.core.windows.net/ownersmanuals/en/Octavia_5E/11-2018/OwnersManual.pdf - 07/2019 onwards: https://ownersmanuals.blob.core.windows.net/ownersmanuals/en/Octavia_5E/07-2019/OwnersManual.pdf The links look a bit weird but both came from direct from Skoda via this page: https://manual.skoda-auto.com/210/en-GB/models

Pedestrian Protection System - On mk3 Octavia
Oh, now I've managed to find it a 03/2013 manual. It looks to be a feature of early MK3 Octavia's where the bonnet will pop up slightly to try and prevent injury. Given it only operates at 30-55 kph, I'd suggest driving over cattle grids slowly Al mention was removed in the 05/2013 manual so assuming your profile is correct and you have a 2019 car, this system is no longer fitted Section from a 03/2013 manual for those who are curious: edit: If you do want to check, you can see the differences pretty clearly if you open the bonnet. Example images are here:

Pedestrian Protection System - On mk3 Octavia
I have never heard of Pedestrian Protection System in relation to a MK3 - are you sure you have the right manual? In the latest from 07/2019, the only mention of pedestrian's is for the 'Pedestrian recognition' feature. It doesn't disable the car, it only "warns of an imminent collision, prepares the vehicle for an emergency braking, supports during braking or performs an automatic braking". Any chance of a link or screenshot?

Do the vRS TDI models (facelift and before) have a limited slip differential?
All models should get XDS - it's a function of the ABS module which requires no additional hardware. At least based on the UK Nov 2017 brochure I have which lists XDS against the base S model. The VAQ is only fitted to higher output engines and VAG believe the TDi vRS at 184p, it isn't sufficiently powerful enough to require one I'm pretty sure even the Golf GTi only got a VAQ as part of the optional performance pack.
