On a vRS they were a very expensive option. I think they were around an £800 optional extra. And, decent bulbs are around £70-£100 EACH! Mine came factory, but it took forever to find one. As for retrofitting them, yes it can be done and you'll need some loom adaptors from KUFTEC. They're around 60 euros. The xenon units are around £150/£200 for a pair, sometimes more. It's a lot of money to chuck at lights. But, as stated above, you need to check your laws. The cars with xenons auto adjust by leveling sensors on the suspension arms. Without them, you'll end up blinding people with a back end heavy car (if you've got stuff in the boot).

Already done, as I noticed the title. Correct, there's very little difference in the two. I have all the ratios on my computer, but some people just won't have it and believe in the 6-speed better. I have no idea if the box is stronger to cope with more power, but the AUQ can still output 300lbft... EDIT. Found it -

Ah ok, the hatchback were ‘286 DASHBOARD SMALL CAPLESS WEDGE 12V 1.2W BULBS’, which obviously made life a little more easier. I think you linked them to me a few years back.

Oh, you can get a replacements. To remove the standard Estate light, remove the front top trim panel inside the tailgate then lever the 3 retaining springs and and the catch out of the slots in the tailgate. Next, close the tailgate and pull the light fitting off the tailgate then separate the plug connector. To replace the bulbs, remove the 3 screws from the bulb holder. The bulbs push in. @nige8021 Are they LED’s or bulbs like the hatchback?

I’d concur with the broken wires. If you need replacement locking modules let me know as I know some aftermarket replacement that I personally use and, suggested to others that have been an excellent replacement.

I think it can be done with a resistor, but someone who actually done it would have to confirm it as I'm not 100% sure.

Most pads are designed like that (tapered ends). What you don't want is the whole pad to be tampered. Did you break/bed in the brakes correctly before any hard braking?

If mine are no good, there are plenty of people who break them in the FB groups.

No. 167 Found. Currently, for sale in Consett. 2007 Skoda Fabia VRS Special Edition Pure Drive (#167/1000) Completely stock example other than aftermarket double DINN radio (bluetooth etc). It has had 3 owners, 169,139 miles on the clock, MOT'd until 12th November 2022. Has original 6 disc changer under passenger seat. Mechanically sound car with some service history included. Has had new expansion tank fitted along with new passenger bottom ball joint and two coolant sensors as well as retrofitted Octavia VRS front brake discs with Brembo pads. Full black leather VRS interior with blue seat piping and production number stamped into the seats beneath the embossed VRS logos. As you can see it is 167/1000, a good example of this very rare model. Overall body work is is in great condition but there are a few spots that indicate the car's age. A small rust patch is visible on the bonnet near the front grill as seen in the photos. It also has other age related marks and a small dent in the passenger front quarter panel. Overall in great, clean condition for how old the car is. It isn't a brand new car so please don't expect showroom quality but it has been looked after. No. 902 Currently for sale, also in Barnsley. Fabia VRS SE #902 Very clean example of a fabia, had plenty on money spent on it since I bought the car as it wasn’t great when I bought it. Since I’ve owned the car it’s had an ASZ engine on 120k put in, been in around 3/4 month. The car had the timing belt and water pump done when the new engine went in, also had a 3 piece sachs clutch put in at the garage at the same time. Have all the receipts to prove.
