  1. … Wow, was only £220 the other day! I was checking it for someone else. I went for the 10KG to give a normal road application. Even for my driving style, I’m not going to be Rev matching and engine braking through towns to justify the 7KG.
  2. Can’t complain with the Darkside kit. Pricey but rated to 300ft-lbs. Holds the power well and with launch control. 😂
  3. Speaker Sizes Speaker Wire Guide Speakers
  4. Someone sell me their WRC. Thank you kindly.
  5. Just shows you what these cars are capable of..
  6. Go see Niki at R-Tech… He won’t disappoint you. I just said the same in the other topic. And, I’m planning to go see him sometime, but theres a long wait list, so I’ll be getting the Red one to stage one only and I need my Black one retuned at stage 2 to refine it.
  7. Highly, highly recommended! It’s how it should’ve left the factory, it’s that noticeable. Advice. It will show any weak links in the system, so budget for a new clutch and coil packs, as you’re putting more pressure on the engine. If you’re going to remap, do it properly too. Get a full custom dyno remap as it will be tailored to your car and give the best performance. Also choose your fuel and stick with it. The torque gains are nice and give the ability to overtake without have to change down gear just to get past someone. No other mods are needed either. But do clean out the intercooler, as it maybe covered in crap.
  8. You can, my Red one was originally done by Ben at Shark Performance (all done via the OBD2 port). But, for some reason the owner before me claimed it was using to much fuel and had the remap taken off by a VW/Skoda specialist and the original factory one put back on. Even though mine is staying OEM, I would still like a remap on it, as standard, it’s no fun, and very slow. I’d really recommend getting a stage 1 map, and a custom one at that. Because you will notice the difference going back to stock. I’ll be going to see Niki at R-Tech hopefully at some point to have mine done. If the car is stage 2, it needs the supporting mods in order to achieve it. You need a bigger front mount, either a decat or sports cat 200cell down pipe and a nice free flowing system.
  9. Reference image - I hope it's right, it may not be. But, it's the only one I can find.
  10. I can't find out what the text in the corner is meant to be, I would gather the postcode... @a1topdog If you can confirm, I can update it. I believe I've used the right font on the URL.
  11. I think I'll be able to recreate this for you. Give me some time and I'll reply back with a design.
  12. Excellent work! Nicely done. Heated seats for the win in winter. 😌
  13. Done well to find them, have yet to come across a set close to me from a 5 door to go in mine. 😁
  14. Yeah, a learning curve as I’ve always worked on the 1.8T. Some stuff as been easier to do though.
  15. I pretty much bought mine sight unseen. Saw it advertised and picked it up. 😂 I took a gamble as it had the extra spec I wanted. I have the PD130 ASZ, it’s completely standard, apart from some cement from the previous owners lol. Here’s my project. I wouldn’t say it’s been neglected, but it clearly needed an overhaul and I’m still working my way through it.
  16. Cannot it not be ordered from TPS/Skoda?
  17. Like most mine is mapped to 99ron. So just stick to any super unleaded like root said. 👍🏻
  18. Same place mine was. So it’s going to being around the housing somewhere.
  19. Topdog maybe able to trace the car and find it’s previous life, he’s pretty good at it!
  20. Phil beat me to the punch. For the passenger side I would say the CTS housing. Example of mine-
  21. Here are some part numbers for you. https://skoda.7zap.com/en/cz/octavia/oct/2005-252/1/133-133029/
  22. I'll keep a look out for the scuttle panel, and pollen filter on my search for parts at the breakers Should be going for a trip soon. If I find some parts in very good condition, I'll pick them up for you.
  23. Someone else owns it now, a guy called Jamie, just trying to find it... (edit: Found ) (Edit 2 - He's already sold it to someone else now) - Craig started to break it, and sold a fair bit of it. I took his Miltek Sportcat downpipe.
