Enyaq Coupé
Nah, I agree. All these coupè SUVs look awkward. It’s a hard pass from me.

Variable Servicing - how is it shown?
Even after all these years, I still feel variable servicing is BS and really just a money saving exercise for fleet managers who don’t give a **** afte let the car is 3-4 years old anyway. Nobody has a clue when their car is meant to be serviced and what needs to be done. I remained old school. 1 year or 10K.

Another 220, 230 or… 245 question?
It goes kinda like this: Pre Facelift 220 230 “SE” Facelift 230 245 “SE” 245 245 Challenge Ive made up the SE designation to highlight it was marketed as a special edition. Depending on the market the above is not a hard and fast rule but it’s something to guide you by. At least, that’s my interpretation of the models.

Skoda Enyaq - What Spec & Add ons?
I’m confused. That reads as you’d rather have spent £1K initially to save spending £17 later on..?

VRS 245 logo
Can’t say I’ve ever seen something like that. Not that I’m looking. Less is more, for me.

Michelin PS4s
Lol, I have the same problem every time these are discussed. Can’t decided if folk are taking about the PS4S or multiple PS4 tyres.

Octavia Estate Etec SE Windows When Locked
I guess the OP is wanting the windows to close upon locking the car. Yeah holding the button closes them but you need to remember they are open in the first place. Which is entirely the issue here.

Octavia VRS to avoid…
I can kind of see the dealers point. Why go all out when 99% of their buyers are just going to to the bare minimum (if that) of looking after the car. Running it through the local £5 hand wash once a month, battering wheels off kerbs, sun cream hand prints from the kids. Those types aren’t going to notice overspray and bad paint repair. So why even try. Heck, just for a laugh run a few reg plates in your street through one of those apps and see what cars fail on in MOTs. Bald tyres, knackered wipers, number plate lights out. Basic 10 second checks that folk can’t be arsed doing. I’m like you. I wouldn’t go as far as saying I detail my cars, but I do have an array of decontamination products, brushes, spray sealants etc. We just have to look harder for those diamonds in the rough when car shopping. And I’m ok with that. I like car shopping 😂 Im not specifically standing up for poor products on sale. I’m just saying I kind of get why it happens.

Bag in coolant.
I attempted to remove the silica bag last weekend and quickly reached this conclusion. Having watching a video as well, there is no way I’d be risking fixing the bag out the filler opening. Especially when you don’t know the state of the bag. If it’s already started to split slightly, forcing it through is only going to end one way. I’ll be removing the header tank instead.

Delivery tyre pressures
Its one tyre. Seems a simple case of distracted for a moment and forgetting the final tyre. Had they all been 4.6bar then sure, many questions.

Scratch repair centre console
A repair on a textured surface like that is going to look terrible.

Surely paint is hard if it chips? A bar of chocolate won’t chip and is soft but I sheet of glass is hard and will…

Ask Skoda to pay for a journey to have warranty work done?
My POV may come from the fact I live in walking distance to my dealer and more often than not, i turn down a courtesy car. It’s just going to sit on my drive way the entire time it’s with me, so why bother even taking it. So it makes even less sense for it to be some fully loaded model.

Ask Skoda to pay for a journey to have warranty work done?
Nope. It should fit the requirements I need from the car. So if i use it to cart around bulky items for work, don’t give me a Citigo. If I just use the car to get myself from A to B, then the Citigo does that just fine. There is no need to be handing out top spec models as courtesy cars.

Red Sportline Estate paint chips - advice please
Look like stone chips and a lot of them as well. Does he sit slip streaming HGVs on the motorway?

Air Con - Never Getting Cold Issue
No offence taken, as sometimes the simplest of things get missed. On this occasion though I do have the AC on. I’m one of those people that just leave it on all the time and let the system do it’s thing.
