I just wont to share some of my opinion, and that is that the most online stuff that is being sold for performance and upgrade is simply piece of s..t.

Not 50% but 90% as my friend Misko who did my gearbox says.

At the begining I was like no that's not the truth.

It must be good if they say so.

Just add percentage of power increase they claim, 10, 20, 30% and so on.

But on dyno table it says you the truth no massive gain unles much monney spent.

But there are guys that claim to live from selling performance products, and if that's so I wonder how they manage to do so.

Like for example, my baffled sump from Issam Abed.

I had very bad experience with him, and paypal twice returned me my monney,

but that sump is something that should work, instead he changes oil return outlet direction each time he makes is,

and it should go upward not horisontal,

But he did it for other customers like here

SDo even he doesn't know how to put it!!!!

 

Because if you use aftermarket AN adapters not OE return line like this you will hit the axle, so I had to reweld it

He should know that and make uniform design. By pointing it upward you can ad as many as you like adapters!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And of course I didn't pay for rewelding by hand anything but to have finished product.

Anothwer weak thing about this sump is that you loose additional 3 bolts holding gearbox to the sump, and thus making it weaker and on the other side powering up your engine.

He should copy gearbox side and than to tthe right wheel new sump, so baffled sump and right holding power will be retained:

But the right thing will be to press downward those incissions not upward and everything solved.

So my plan is to  put baffled inserts into my old OE sump, than to polish it and than to chrome plate it.

So I will have OE rigidity and BLING BLING look.

Just need to push John from  Forge motorsport to sell it to me. He thinks I will stole his design and I simply wont be throwing away monney for sump that I dont need. They sell sump with their inserts. Will be selling a lot more if selling only the inserts in my opinion.

They sell what they call vortex breather kit.

It helps oil to separate from vapour and returns to the engine block through block adapter plate under oil return line and only gas is supposed to go out.

And do not forget that I have enlarged his funny 2-3mm port to 10mm one so anything will be left in can:

So I decided to do something completely duifferent.

I will reroute that gas to the underside of the car beside subframe.

I will be using

to get vertical direction toward subframe, and than barbed reducer from 25 to 19 or 16mm depends on available space (will test it today) and fix that tube somewhere behind the subframe to go away while driving, and not causing any dirt in my clean engine bay.

I also bought TTRS brake vents, and there is no chance you can mount it on my car due to the big brakes, and size of LCA.

So in conclusion isn't it funny that I as a stupid surgeon has to redesign almost everything I buy!?

But it makes me happy and relaxes me from everyday stress at work. Best spent night is spent in garage for me.

Telling that I just came from 24 hour duty in hospital, and planing to go to the garage to see for clearance of 19 or 16mm  hose to the subframe for catch can hehehehe

While waitin gor SEM Motorsport intake with TB on passenger side (for LHD cars) 80mm TB oppening and 60mm adapter for the beggining (latter on 70mm one for S4 or GRAMs TB) like here:

Due to the some problems I have running last month or two I decided to empty and clean my tank, to change fuel filter for

also checked the spark plugh IK 24 that were pregapped to  0,024" from 0,032", because for each 40hp one number colder and gap smaller for 0,004"

They were oppened a little so I pressed them back to  app 0,6mm.

Coils were changed by Porsche interauto dealer few months ago as action So after cleaning tank and changing filter I will probably go for new sparks.

My tuner www.rsrmotorsport.com says they are to cold. But car was dynomapped for 10 hours and run 2 years perfectly until now. I wonder what can it be.

No engine errors readed, but when I push gas pedal hard in 4-6th gear it doesnt goes smoothly.

makes me crazy because I can't enjoj fully my new custom gearing 75 115 159 190 230 270 kmh.

Contacted John from Forge motorsport because he was always friendly oriented.

He said good prices and I wonted to buy them because fiunal work on them and look is great., When I asked him for technical drawing-meaning where to weld them, he rejected me and didn't wont to sell any more meaning I am some kind of criminal who will steal his and resell it. No matter how much I tried to convince him that I do not resell anything, and that I tune my car for stress relief of my work he didn't even respond any more to my mails. Completely dissapointed.

Octy II sign is now remowed from the font grille but I am not sure If I will be putting Octy 3 ones, because I like how it looks clean now and New Skoda logo is more visible now.

I just wonted to buy his  (Forge inserts) because of perfect final work and asked for a price, and he gave it to me.

No sump needed, and for sure they do sell aftermarket one not OE, because it will be way more expensive than 200gbp. So why to trade oe sump for aftermarket replacement one which is lower in quality.

And after giving me the price 37gbt I think they refused to sell it to me.
