So itz all started with custom paint job.

We dismantled car completely in my garage-all dors and hoods and bumpers were of.

All prepared and than custom painted. Standox 2K laque and small silver particles changed for large one to reflect light more and Xyralic additive added, several layers.

Than it was sanded with 3M Trizact 3000, and than polished to mirror like surface

3M green, Maguire 105, 3M yellow and blue.

Prepared for painting

Than I started collecting parts for big build. I wanted to complete my delete process, and to completelly delete SAI,N249,EVAP and PCV, to have polished cover, boost pipe, intake, TB, alternator, oil filter housing and catch can. Also wonted to have ss braided hose for breather lines and AN fittings, and all other hoses in blue silicone.

So I bought: INA engineering baffled sump: IMG_20120626_233947.jpg together with PTFE paste OC THREE and stick Slik Tite IMG_20120626_234005.jpg Lots of An fittings, straight, 45 and 90degree from Setrab and Torque.co.uk-besp place for fittings in eu. New air duct 2 ply IMAG2039.jpg to replace old one IMAG2046.jpgIMAG1726.jpgIMAG2085.jpg Bought also Devil eyes headlights and upgraded them with projector bi xenon lenses 6000K and silver chrome indicator bulbs, and Ring xenon ultima H1 and 7 bulbs IMAG0711.jpgIMAG0874-1.jpgDSC01122.jpgDSC01117-kopija.jpgDSC01121.jpg and finally protected them with clear protection film from Global Mishimoto coolant hoses. Mishimotocoolantlines3.jpg 11 in kit, but only 4 are straight forward installation, used rest to make needed ones. Deleted OE oil cooler so I connected those two lines

Fluidampr crank pulley

IMAG2091_zps1cd12c00.jpg

IMAG2092_zps434e3a1b.jpg

but couldn't mount it due to the fact that I already had ecstuning pulley set with underdrive crank pulley and enlarged PS pulley to compensate that and to be able to run oe belt PK1195mm.

So I will probably need to replace that PS pulley from the set

Did brake boost mode

and eliminated that "Y"

and also this metal hoses for full lenght silicone ones:

IMAG2062_zpsd6b5087c.jpg

Both metal parts were replaced with full lenght silicone ones. Firest one is air line, so I remowed oe one from the TIP and used its heat reflection sheat to protect it and routed it up rto that plastic canister and over the intake mani and fixed it there with two adel clamps

than I went back to the remained black rubber tube going from the N75 to the wastegate from the middle, took it out, replaced it with 4mm vacum silicone one and used oe heat reflection sleve to

Much more to come tomorrow

Much more Wow !!! Excellent work.

Awesome work beautiful car

But make sure you run the fluid damper as the other pulley you ran will end up destroying your engine as it takes away your harmonic balancing one of the biggest killers of engines !!!

That is some epic engine bay bling!

Where did your strut brace come from - custom ?

genuine APR real carbon one. Out of production, but did some modification:it was mentioned for golf 4 and bar was to high so I cnc made lover connections-vertical one at the ends. And that rings arround shock were not circular-had to make them Because original one were placed wrong by installation-oppening facing inside instead outside-uou cant rotate them because of drilled holes-so I simply finished circle and added two more joles hehe. Will show you pics to

Fantastic looking car you have there, real quality work, well done, cant wait to see next installment.

Show your level of skill as a surgeon I expect no less

Amazing work and attention to detail to die for I would have you working for me in a heartbeat !!

  • Author

Guys thanks for support. Yes my passion is in details hehehe.

I just hope my surgery is at the same level as my work on the car hehehe.

To be onest spending a night in garage reliefs me of stress completelly related to work, for example yesterday was 24 hour duty for me.

So to continue with my installation: catch cand and breather lines-braided ones with An 10 connections

I used my 034motorsport wortex can and had AN10 welded on, than I polished it together with other parts, due to the pact that that wortex principle wasn't working well-spilled oil from time to time through that breather filter I enlarged that diameter fopr oil return. Originally it was 2mm made by Javad, and I assumed it is to small so we manufactured larger one with 5mm ID anbd made also same connection to be put in An10 to An10 male adapter with 1/8siude NPT port

IMAG0135_zpsbf65b1d4.jpg

IMAG0137_zpsfcaf9b66.jpg

IMAG0140_zps985380e5.jpg

than I routed it toward connection on my new sump, and all thet after shaft was reinstalled together with that plastic protection.

Due to the hight surrounding temp i used Goodridge heat protection sleve to protect it from temp damage.
