All in place 

So I bought adjustable Mamba actuator with 5 additional Springs and 15psi one installed. I first testeed with manometer BBT one and than replaced it for Mamba and tested it also. Mamba bracket wasn't sittinh flat on the turbo and actuator shaft wasn't centered perfect so we remowed Mamba bracket and replaced it with BBT bracket from K300 together With Mamba actuator. Than it was sitting flat and shaft is centered now.

TIP was big pita to mount but with displaced water Line it was done. All New gasket,Bolts,studs,nuts and washers...

Now ready for mapping by www.rsrmotorspprt.com and 300hp 300lb FT hopefully

Latest info....mapping scheduled for saturday 29th...can't wait to get those 300hp and 400Nm and than late Nights Street fights With some R golfs that are posing around ofcourse With video to prove it...gonna kill them all....do not forget custom gearbox and all gears....that s..t makes difference Like 50hp

Not sure to which R golf U are referring, but they are quattro vs fwd so not going to be easy.

 

Also, this topic is massive hard to find anything, your engine is not forged?

Not forged. Next thing to do.

Keep in mind that I have custom GEARBOX  and ratios-have You Tried Any? That is Like 50 extra HP. Yes fwd....not standing start....Maybe they have advance there but Rolling one-like three Times beep beep beep and I am goneeeee Like a Wind

My tuner just asked me what is this ball and where did it came from?

It was in hose that brings pressure to N75...and thus out of functioin!

Lucky me he has sensor on all possible places and found that error and saved engine. But bigest enigma is who,when and why did put it in that hose????

I have no idea? And I am Always present while working on my car.
