Worked until now and error P1602 appeared. Checked everything and at the end did put oem ngk ones and started and worked as a baby

And due to the quality I can see on the pictures I do not expect to have running problems, neither mounting ones. Only left is to measure for custom heat exchanger.

I know them. They have robot tig welding only ones beside Akrapovic in EU,but they don't have water bending for pipes and are to expensive! And don't make heat exchanger

Flange must be cut. Otherwise it craks

Rear mounts. Paint is bad quality and scratch marks all around. Sprayed it eith black spray.

Hope the quality of mount itself and rubber is of higher quality.

MPC motorsport and Downstar makes them in finished kits. But if You are smart enough Just buy M6,8 and 10 cup washers and flanged nut washers with A4-316AL SS or zink plated bi (You take the  measures)  and flanged nuts so you save yourself a lot of monney

I gave them my cluster etka number and according to that they have sent me the led display. Instalation instructions are online www.colormfa.ru

I Will have to change outlet at expansion tank  by mowing it to the bottom- not to suck air while tank half full allowing warm watter to expand. My mistsake, didn't think about it. Tank can't be full. Lucky for me my friend is in Texas as Bell Intercooler are to. So no Big deal-he Will return it and Mike willl moddify it . Due to the fact I'm self taught person or ignorant I am happy I figured that out on time to correct it.

Plan has changed.

No outlet pipe relocation.

I Will put back Barb nipple on the neck of fill tank and Connect it to New real expansion tank Like on picture. It has Barb adapter that has tube going to the bottom of the tank same as OE ones have and level measuring tube on the outside. Chromed With Chrome cap (not Blue Like on picture).

Will Mount it on the driver side of oil cooler. Fill tank is on the passenger side. 

 

COLORMFA has finally artived from mother Russia.
