In the mean time I finished my CRV catch can setup. Two lines comming from the back od the block (M28 thread) direct up to the can, PCV is replaced by 10AN to 90degree 1/2" barb With Rubber hose stopper and directed to the catch can over T joint and air is vented underneath the can with AN10 hose exitong in between 2 inlet hoses and 19mm fluorolined silicone hose from the valve cover

well, I do not expect it will be close to boiling point, so 50% empty is going to be fine.

 

What also interest me is, heat exchange, that is going to be radiator or one pipe? something like oil radiator?

Yes. Heat exchanger in the front Like intercooler but different core for water.

While waiting for complete wic kit which Will probbably include- RS4/S4 Heat exchanger he Will Mount New WIC Mahle next week to A3 1.8T and measure it and compare it to AMG V12 one he was using to se the logs. If performing well he Will be installing it.

Yesterday I went to Slovenia to Pick up my babe. We made test drive. With two passenger in the car with 289hp on FMIC when he Said give it full throttle in 2nd gear I did it while holding it only With 2 fingers-man was I scared while trying to keep it on the Street With both hands trying to hold it in a straight lineeeee.......mannnnnnn what a feeling.....can't wait to see it with 305hp wic. Scarry movie....and not to foul You my drivetrain is almoust race one-look at the thread. There is really no need for more power than 300hp on fwd.

But we msde a deal to install this beauty With New egt sensors

And Will make 4 stages....for example 

Stage 1 180hp

Stage 2 230hp

Stage 3 270hp

Stage 4 305hp

Can't wait

We Will have to tap tread or weld bung onto the exhaust manifold for that - meaning removal of exhaust mani and thus using New Inconel bolts for turbo, Cometic gasket and 10key M8 Cooper nuts that I already have :-)

Tomorrow have to replace coil on cylinder 1.

Clean it With McGuaire Quick Detailer

Check rear right tailight-dead for the moment

Put some New stuff -window door switch

And waiting for log results od Mahle wic and discount prices for that boost controler.

New window controler- www.aliexpres.com is more than pleasant surprise ... Not only that it looks way better than OE one due to the chrome details but the feeling and ease of window control is superior to OE ones and all that for Just 21usd

I Will send my OEM one and buy also aftermarket one as on picture (90usd from aliexpres, warehause in USA-free shipping) to have them as a role model for modification of AMG or if it has to big core to make whole custom one

Good news.

AMG core is similar to size of all aftermarket SMIC. So I Will buy used AMG one and send it to https://bellintercoolers.com together With my OEM SMIC as a role model for Connections and fixation points. That Will ensure OEM Mercedes quality core.
