What did you do to your Skoda today?

Featured Replies

Hoover and brushed the interior. Cleaned and polished interior with various Autoglym products before driving to railway station, to catch train to work for late turn.

Tried my new ASDA interiors brushes and werent too bad at removing the dog hair in the boot!

  • Popped to the garage at lunchtime to swap coolant temp sensor. I don't think it's the problem but it can't hurt. Going to swap O2 sensor later for the spare I have. Went well, all sorted in 5 mins. T

Knocked the day's snow off it, de-iced the windows and drove it home through more snow.

Debadged the front grille post-73816-0-15576600-1363884366_thumb.jpg

and then rebadged it with a shiny genuine new onepost-73816-0-70053500-1363884469_thumb.jpg

Got another for the boot for the weekend.

I put air in near side front tyre as I was coming back from a mates about midnight on the motorway and the check tyre message came up. Only had the car for two days. Also rang the local stealer and ordered cruise control and new mats. Almost bought a pair of the new vrs black headlights and the bits for the grill.

Fitted hids

Washed

Hoovered

Then removed hids....(started flickering)

Bought new tyres that get fitted tomorrow

Cambelt done today and major service including brake fluid change.

Looking at booking the remap in as well.

Looked at my seats and thought they really need a good clean. Drove to Guildford and back. Ignored seats and watched TV instead.

Nearly went wrong as e-tyres van headed down hill with no driver.

Drove to Morzine the Scout just cruises along - considering a remap for a bit more umff and better fuel economy on the long runs

REVO remap are offered by the Lincoln VAG Specialists is a REVO remap any good?

Revo is ok my own ipinion they spike too early, you want something nice and smooth like APR or Shark Performance.

Today i drove it and discovered yet more issues with it!!! Really bored of this now.

Couple of days late, but I've managed to reclaim the Octy from the wife. Shame I had to buy her another car first

Cleaned it. Autoglym wax'd it ready for the trip to the Lakes tomorrow where within 5 minutes of me setting off, it'll be grey again with salt... But it looks incredible at the moment :D

Cleaned inside and out. Needed it, was a bloody mess

Got the Yeti back with it's new interior, red stitching to match the red paint. :)

Gave up on an L&K because Skoda wouldn't spray one red for me, so jazzing my own up instead.

Cleaned it inside & out. Finally got around to pulling fuse #31 - to stop the headlight washers from flooding the bonnet with half a litre of washer fluid!

Get someone with VCDS to change the delay before the headlight washers kick in.

Grill finally finished and a kinda clean car.
