Have just completed a test run of the new tent.

Hopefully won't be as much wind and rain on the Friday as last year!

I found and tried my tent on Saturday. I just need to find some tent pegs, there was only one! I hope it doesn't rain as I have no idea if it's still water-proof. If not I'll sleep in the metal thing parked next to it.

Always a shame for someone to drop out.

Jim posting has just prompted me. Anyone travelling across the A66 from the east, I would advise allowing a little extra time for driving as the Appleby horse fair is on. Horse drawn vehicles possible in that area.

Also tested the tent out today, one of the easier ones to put up

I need to invest in a smaller tent, after going away this weekend there is no way I will fit everything in my boot lol :/ my nephew is also really excited

I will be leaving Edinburgh around 12pm on Friday looking forward meeting everyone really hope the weather is decent fingers crossed .

Ah ha! Oulton park tickets booked for main race day, thus meaning I'm free till Sunday AM. Might either come for the drive Saturday, or pop up at the Friday nighttime. I'm a kinda nervous/shy person that's all that's holding me back ATM haha!
