It says Blaupunkt GMBH on the side with VW part numbers etc.

Comes with sat nav disc

Genuine VW ipod module

VW Part number: 1K0 035 198 B

This is in mint condition, no marks.

Well similar mfd1 was in an Octavia so I don't see any reason why not.

You'd need a GPS aerial though.

Hopefully my wife's 58 plate VW Touran. Looks a very similar shape to the original stereo we have fitted. Could be tempted with this. Will let you know. I Will pm you an offer if I decide.

Been advised it won't fit a Fabia mk1...

Not sure about the Octavia mk2... I'd guess probably as its same as mk5 golf!

Cheers mate, did a test fit today and looked good. Ordered the gps antenna and aeriel adapter today. Need to find where to get dash trim from next lol.

Couldn't get the dvd to work though, any ideas?

Is it deffo a DVD model? Some were CD models.

was sold as being dvd lol, your bro's giving you plenty of hastle eh? Lol

looks the same as mine which is CD not dvd, didn't think MFD2 were dvd

It is dvd nav, all is well, next challenege is reversing camera.
