Cage cutting day changed from Sunday to today, cage cutting day changed to fix brothers car day, FGF donating one of the rear drums and very soon the callipers. Won't have time for mine till some point next week to trail fit the cross member / measure and mark out the next bit

Spent the evening stripping down the impreza coilovers and the vr6 hubs ready for grit blasting, painting then rebuilding. The Brembo's have turned which again require the same treatment of stripping painting and rebuilding. Bushes ordered for the gearbox cradle arm which is next on the list after I finish the cross member

Rain stopped the cage from being welded in last night but hopefully tonight will finish it off

I'm a composites / mechanical engineer so hopefully will have some more carbon fibre parts fitted soon
