Sounds like its coming together now. Very useful to know that the new MQB platform still shares its parts with the Yeti's old mk5 golf platform - quite surprising in fact but very interesting. :)

It's a bit of a mix mash of Mk5 & 6, makes it interesting trying to source parts though :)

Needed to purchase a new oil feed pipe for the turbo upgrade, thanks to DarkSide Developments I've found and ordered a great braided pipe.

http://www.darksidedevelopments.co.uk/products/braided-oil-feed-line-for-1-6-2-0-tdi-oval-port-cr-engines.html

All the other peripheral bits needed are being supplied by Shark Performance:

- Exhaust Manifold Gasket

- Downpipe Gasket
- Oil Return Gasket
- Oil Return O-Ring

All in this is costing about £1200, thats including the turbo i sourced for £150 and the hubs, callipers, carriers, discs for £300 plus fitting and mapping by Shark.

If we get 180-200bhp ill be very happy and have a one off Yeti Greenline which will go and stop like no other

Ive also installed the Columbus, ill get some pics up later but it looks great and the install with coding was a breeze with a little help from fluffmeister  :nerd:

Will that pipework fit?

The yeti engine bay is more spaced out than the Fabia etc

I think you are right.

May be wrong, but I believe the Golf based vehicles have the engines in a slightly different place to the Polo based ones.

Possibly a little further back.

I hope so, I double checked with the guys at DarkSide who seemed to think it was the right one?

The goodies have started to arrive :)

The front set up from a 2014 Leon FR, hubs, callipers, carriers, discs, pads. I'm chuffed with the condition, I was told it had 1000 miles on and the discs/pads seem to tell the same story as they look unused!!

I haven't read all the posts but why did you go for a greenline if you want performance, go for a 2 litre and tune that?

Already been done, not just about performance, it's doing something new, a 2.0tdi or 1.8tsi have already been done, now ive got a one off, as far as we know, the only one in existence :)
