VCDS options on Superb III

Recommended Posts

@Anquetil If you have VC, you just need to configure the informations you want to display on it. Including Engine Oil temp and Engine Coolant temp... ;)

Forget the MOT, you're too 'young' to understand... only 'needles owners' know... 😂

Hi all,

I've heard about a hidden "snow mode" for AWD version. It's available as standard on Kodiaq 4x4 with DCC:

Official short description here : https://www.skoda-storyboard.com/en/kodiaq_int_0006/

It seems it could be activated on Superb 4x4 too. Does anyone know how?

Thanks.

Hi, I have a question about start stop system on MR2020 (SIII FL). Change volt limit (from 7.6 to 12.1) didnt work (start stop system still working). Can samone advise me how permanently turn off start stop system?

Thanks a lot.

Hello,

Does someone know if the warning:" key not found" from the instrument cluster can be disable in the next situation: Engine is running  and the driver is outside of the car with the key at him (even in the situation when the option that car can be closed with engine running)?

Thank you,

Alex

yes this is not simple coded with VCDs but is hardcoding in the system. My made on his GTe have this also including race option.

This is done with log in in the heart off the system. It'ss not simple and only for the one's who have a lot off programming skills in the systems from VAG. 1 thing wrong and you brick the system

Does anybody now how to make the wipers park when you turn the ignition off?  i.e. return to the bottom of the screen.

Sorry if this has already been posted but I can;t seem to find it.  I can find out how do do it on an Octavia, but it doesn't seem to be the same on my car - 2015 Superb L&K.

Thanks

Hello,

"Snow mode" is present also on Kodiaq 4x4 without DCC.

I asked this a while ago. There is a short piece in the Octavia area i found not sure where now.  My wipers stop instantly on ignition off, neighbours one, same model year, always parks!! Skoda master tech said its a deliberate thing so you can set the wipers parked vertical if its snowy/ icy to free them from the screen more easily before engine on.  Hmmmm.

You can tell the car to put the wipers in the clean/replace position when you're turning the ignition off - if you remember. Something like press down on wiper stalk just after you turn the ignition off.

You're right. If other manufacturers can do it why can't they?

Even my Focus parked the wipers properly and there was a facility to put them in a vertical position.

Hi, you can try this.

It's OK on my MY17

STG 09 > Codierung > Wischer (WWS) > Byte 01 > Bit 4 deaktivieren

Hi all,

I have a MY19 Superb 206 with virtual cockpit. In the view that has the large centred tacho there is a power/kw bar to the left which gives the current power reading (and max is 206kw). Is there a way I could change this to boost with OBDeleven? It seems this part of the virtual cockpit can not be customised through the vehicle settings on Columbus.

I have Superb 2016 (Superb 2016 5Q0 955 547 A) and the RLHS code is 1EA8DD, not 0088DF as you mentioned in the post above. Can I use 3СА8D2 ?
