Todays update.. Handbrake cables in and adjusted. Started to bleed the brakes. Drivers rear caliper leaks, removed the hose to find all the threads gone [emoji35]

New caliper ordered, so went in a mardy.

Built up my 312mm calipers as ive sold them to a mate.

With such a fine thread it's real easy to knacker the caliper/banjo. Plus when swapping to 256mm the standard hose is really only just long enough so you really have to be careful that it's started straight.

Yeah think thats what ive done.

Well ny new lines arrived. Then i realised i could have just bought the bolt bit [emoji849]

So rather than mess about with the whole line i swapped it over.

Gave the green a rub down..

And a quick first coat..

Then bled the system.. Clever me forgot to put the hydraulic seal in the other caliper though.. So ive ordered a new one as i cant find it. These rear brakes have been more trouble than the whole engine swap.

Those coilovers are dirty, reported to a mod for posting indecent photos ;)

They cost a fair amount, but should be worth it.

No, they're a brilliant price, you need to comprehend how much of a bargain you've got, KW V1 coils are £815 new, yours are near the same price with a tonne of extra goodies on them lol and they look cool as ****

Edit - that's for the Citigo btw
