It obviously was parked fine until you drove past and it fell off the verge due to the angle of your camera!!!!!!!!

It's a weird one, vehicles tend to have cup holders supporting the practice of drinking on the move etc. But it surely isn't the best practice technically. That said, I have lived for weeks at a time on the road in lorries and have indeed taken a swig or 200,000 while in motion.  :|
