Had some good news today.

Originally ordered in November (week 21 build).

It's been pulled in to week  12.

Nice one! Incidentally I also ordered in November and have been told build week in March.

Does anybody know how the production schedules actually work? Would a low selling model like the VRS 245 be built only on specific weeks or would they build a certain amount of them each week?

I've found Mini and BMW Salesman to be the worst.

I was actually a Skoda Salesman for 4 years.

Stratstone Mini in derby have been brilliant when we’ve dealt with them but Sytner Mini in Nottingham and Stratstone in Chesterfield are insulting arrogant pricks

Funny, it's the pricks at Sytner Nottingham where I've witnessed that **** the most!

I used to be a BMW sales man and an Audi salesman. Now I'm at an independent Porsche specialist. I don't think brand makes a difference it's all down to people. You either give a toss or you don't regardless of who's name is above the door.

Hope you’ve been parking your 245 next to the Porsches each day :D

This gives me hope as my order was accepted 14th Nov  and heard I was provisionally bw19 a while back but no progress from case handler since or today - system saying no build week allocated

Got an email from my lease broker yesterday - my 245 is being registered on 12 Feb and I’ve got the Reg number. All becoming real at last! Hopefully I’ll have it within the next few weeks!

So my 245's at the dealer, pick it up next Friday!

Obviously all still wrapped up and whatnot, can't even see the pan roof lol

Better only be sitting that high due to suspension transport blocks too or lowering is first thing on the list!

Not so, it's wrapped in a protective vinyl all over the roof, it's got the pan roof option so mostly black and the bit at the back I'll be wrapping black to match.

Nice Colour : D

I've spent this week trying to confirm which springs will fit and so far only Eibach and VWR have come back to me.

Eibach - YES

WVR - Said No.

H&R - Still waiting

Had the Eibachs on the last one so booked in on the 23rd to get them fitted on this one.....

great to see some of you recieving info about yours. for me, i ordered october and orignally bw was estimated to 5th feb. but since xmas it has no bw.

my current car is on its last legs unless i invest £1k in it, thats just parts. a bit disapointed tbh.

a huge fan of skoda's

was tempted to lease the koraq se tech for £115 ish for a the 1.5 dsg but was told to stop being silly and no point having 2 cars on lease. that deal didn't last long either.

hoping i get my car early march  but won't hold my breath.

on a side note, does anybody have an email add for someone at skoda or is the best way the contact us page?

If you don't have a build week yet I very much doubt you'll get the car in march now, unfortunately.
