I'd love to know what software tweaks any UK Karoq Edition owners have done and whether they would be willing to do them for me too. In particular, I would love to have the speedo/tachometer needle sweep on startup, central locking/unlocking beeps (but not the horn), and cooler air conditioning (currently not cool enough in the summer).  And is there any adjustments to be made to the Canton sound system, such as crossover points, etc?

So far I've completed the below using ODBeleven Pro on our Karoq and a load more on the Octavia vrs:

 

Needle Sweep

Rear LED cluster on with DRL

Auto - Fan speed

Increased air conditioning "power"

Mirror dip

Off Road mode

Does your mirror dip to a position set by you with the mirror joystick? Does it return to the original position when selecting a forward gear? Does it then return to the position previously selected when in reverse? Basically does it remember your forwards mirror position and the reversing mirror position?

 

If so, what was the coding for this? What model Karoq do you have?

Is it possible to activate sign recognition in a karoq edition.

I've activated on my Octavia but it does require the full A5 camera package, do you have lane guidance?

I've no idea Im afraid, i haven't tried, although i wouldn't recommend relying on your satnav data as its wrong quite often

If there is no one near you then just buy a OBD2 dongle and the Carista app for your phone...

The Carista website is suggesting that "customizations" are not yet available for the Karoq. What are you using to do these tweeks?

I have activated mirror dip and it doesn't work for me (MY19). Others have reported that it works for them on MY18 models. 

 

I think something changed on MY19 so it doesn't work anymore.

On My 2018 Edition it works on the nearside mirror if I first turn the driver's door mirror knob to "left" and then select reverse gear.

Is there someone in Central Scotland that could do some reprogramming for me?

Carista works well on a Karoq I've programed

needle sweep

media display start screen
