@IceyLady added the electric boot lid (not sure was it the real extra or just a regular part, but dealer said it was).

Anyway the tyres still makes me a bit confused, will ask them tomorrow why it's so different compared to other cars in their lot.

Would be nice to know how to check where the car was made as well, cause mySkoda only says it was produced on 2nd of November (what is not even close to building week 42) .

Confirmed pick up date is 24th November wish I put money on it now! The sales executive is coming in on his day off to do the hand over!

Emailed my sales guy today and he replied my car (1.5  SE L auto petrol blue and a few extras) is still showing build week 48 week commencing 26 th November  and said they should get it towards the middle of December. He said As soon as the car is built and on its way to us I will have more of an idea on exact dates.

I hope he's right ! it would be nice to get it before Christmas.

I ordered it on 13th October and was told it could be March / April 2019 before delivery so maybe they have upped production.

Fingers crossed

I ordered the same car with beige leather ACC spare wheel and heated front windscreen on 1st September and was told it might be here for January which is fine for me as my current PCP ends 26th January but it now looks it could be here for early December but dealer says they will keep it until 2019 if I want oh decisions decisions

Evening folks.

I ordered my Karoq back at the end of sept, getting a 1.6tdi SE Tech on a lease deal to replace my current Yeti Monte Carlo.

Was given a 25 week wait so end of March, start of April for me.

Ordered my Karoq 1.5 SE L DSG in Petrol Blue with a few extras on 24th August a I pick it up on Tuesday 27 November.

We picked up our car last week

petrol blue SEL diesel - its grand.  I much prefer my 1.0 TSI fabia but its not much use as a family car!  Thankfully we've still got both and i can use the fabia during the week and the karoq will be used at the weekend if we all head out as a family.

Hi lauryloo I’m in Northern Ireland too how long did it take ure car to get to ure dealer from it was built mine was meant to have been built last week just wondering an idea of how long to get it mine was ordered on 20 July so has been a long slow journey

I’m in Northern Ireland too mine was 9 days to The mainland then another week to Randalstown

Cheers Neil got mine there too there customer service is shocking initially told 10 or 11 weeks for delivery back in July they would keep me informed haven’t heard anything from them definitely wouldn’t recommend them wouldn’t know anything about the car only for this brilliant and informative forum

Who is dealing with your order ? Iian or Conner by any chance

The car I ordered in July was told 16 weeks then told feb for collection the car I got two weeks ago was another persons cancellation

No mate was niall think a lot of people have cancelled them if I hadn’t paid my ap I’d have cancelled mine but hopefully not too long now before I get it

ours took about 10 days too

it was a bit of a fiasco tbh - ordered in Aug - told we'd have it oct, then dec and then when i spoke to skoda live chat they told me March.  T

we ended up taking a cancellation and not getting the wheels we wanted or full leather.  I have to say all the hassle has put me off the car a little.

also was from randalstown

I would phone and ask for Iian to take over he phoned and kept me updated and any problems were on mobility’s side but honestly it is definitely worth the wait it is a fantastic car

Was told he was their designated Motability customer advisor will give it another 2 weeks and see if I hear anything

Don’t think it will put me off the car but most definitely the dealer  the truth must be a hard thing to tell these days

I spoke to sales manager once because my guy was off told him I had no idea what stage order was at or where I stood was immediately phoned back told where car was and treated like royalty after u should ring and ask for sales manager or Ian seriously it helps

And don’t be afraid to ask them to throw in a few sweeteners for waiting like a full tank of fuel or matts or mudflaps that’s what I did
