Do I get an award for least amount of miles for the age of the car?

Picked up my 'new' vRS last Wednesday, it was registered Nov 2004 and had 4200 miles on the clock.

Will the new VRs arrive before this ones done 50K I wonder??

Mine's done 93K in just over 5 years. The front suspension is knackered and the air con needs some gas, but everything else is ok! Not a VRS, but there's not many in the poll with over 90K

13503 miles since November the 25th. It had 4 on the clock when I picked it up at the dealers.

I have been a bit slack lately. I need to drive more!

Well I have been a bit busier.

A year in and I now have 35443 on the clock.

Colin must be up to 80k odd now.

Mine was chopped in at 17 months with 37k on the clock.

My friend has an Ibiza FR with 70k on the clock (54 plate). I swear the engine is the best its ever been!

You wait until after 100,000 miles then... 70k is barely run-in for a diesel engine!

It is thrashed on a daily basis, so I think it really is at its peak now tbh. We'll see though as the miles pack on. He has to keep it for 4 years, it will have done 130k by then!

Well its a 2000 'Y' reg and covered 86000 miles.

Still trundles up n down the M62 doing 45 miles each way every day without bother, mind u only doing 60-70 at the most and reaching 58.5 mpg to the gallon, plus i fill it up at asda and have a card so i get 2p a litre off.

53 plate with 54k here now in just coming up to three years since new.

No problems except:

A couple of minor trim rattles now developing

CD player gave up the ghost (replaced under warranty)

Strange wiring loom eating rodent in engine bay (now dead)

oh and its averaging 47mpg now. :D
