Been searching around for a few days now…hopefully you can supply a link to a newer version of software for our Karoq…the online update feature of the car just responds…Service Unavailable….despite being online and Connect Services all working fine…?

 I need your  the help please I can't install the update ( the current version ;   MST2_EU_SK_ZR_P0456T  )    (  the version that i want to install : MST2_EU_SK_ZR_P0478T )    .. I downloaded the file correctly then I put it on the memory card I inserted it .. after when I click on search for update I am told ( cannot read info file source version unavailable ) 

What does that mean .. is the problem with the sd card or the file?

Push the menu button for like 10 sec and you will find the update option. Use that and you will succeed.

I did that ..... you can see the pictures ...what file format to install * .rar where I have to extract it

Extract to root. Metainfo has to be in the root. format has to be fat32. use sd card.

It worked fine, upgrade it from software 472 to 480.

All you need is posted at this 1-45 pages,

future upgrader... JUST READ !!

is there any updates avaible? Hoping to get random aux heater problems fixed as winter is coming. Yes, the problem should be in the HU. Kinda resets itself from time to time and forgets all user set heating times.

I see that someone has a blue interface, someone red.. I have a black and white one.. maybe it depends on the color of the vehicle? Is it possible to change it?
