Find radio fuse

I managed to get fuse box open. The pdf manual i downloaded (none came with car) says radiosystem is #12, can't see that. This is what I see:spacer.png

Quick educated guess is 30Amp top right green.

I would need to lookup to be 💯 %

Actually the manual days infotainment 12,infotainment screen 10. Here's manual, turning 90 degrees seems to be what I'm looking at in fusebox.spacer.png

Hopefully you worked out the fuse now @boardtc

I have literally no idea. I'm sitting here in the car don't know what to do. Screen has been on all this time, and it's still showing red screen. My wife is killing me after I got a new car and have I now killed it. I looked up about trying to disconnect the battery.

I might have to call emergency services.

You have not killed it, you just cannot see correct fuse (I have laptop open now)

Pull this mini 10Amp fuse, the 30Amp is on the right should be for the blower motor

Additional Information

Yes!! My key in behind that and popped it out. Screen dead. Thanks so much for having my ass!

I formatted the brand new sdcard exFat. I wonder why my windows 19 machine sees it 100% but the car does not. Maybe i try and buy a different brand of sdcard?

You are welcome, could be a good idea to run the car to keep the power stable for when you flash it (I did on my car this way)

I recommend that you do a bad sector scan on that SD Card before you try this again

In an Admin command prompt, type in the follow (where X = SD Card - Change to your correct drive letter)

CHKDSK X: /R

Just to note that all update attempts so far where with the car running. I only turned off the engine once I had the emergency red message ongoing.

If if put the #10 fuse back in the red emergency screen returns straight away.

For the CeaMere sdcard I ran the above chkdsk with the command prompt open in admin mode and it says: Cannot open volume for direct access.

I bought another brand new sdcard, different manufacturer, Integral, I formatted to exFat and unzipped to my E drive, Running chkdsk on the new sdcard gives the same message. The e drive displays fine in explorer for both sdcards.

I tried to redownload but it says the server is unreachable. Is it worth me downloading again and trying a MD5 check on the download or something?

Odds are the download is fine, so problem lies with media or PC in the extraction process.

Hello....
the car software must not be modified.....and the firmware must not be compatible.....if factory resets are not possible either

I can't see any issue with the media or extraction process tbh. I just tried with the 2nd brand new sdcard. With exact same results. The right hand knob is the eonly was to move/click the cursor. Clicking retry shows the error reading file mesage. Clikcing skip shows the blue bootuploader update error. Removing the sdcard shows the insert valid contatner message. This just cycles.
It looks like the original instalation has been wiped.
There is no way to boot from the sdcard for some reason.
Can it work from the usb?

Show picture of the SD Card contents.

Zero chance of getting USB to work.

Many thanks for sticking with me. Here is a file of the contents of the sd card

I had a quick look, now going to compare against the original

@boardtc I had a better look, hard to say exactly, but it seems some files are not in the correct path.

Can you recall what program you used to extract, asking as the screenshots of the errors are basically saying that files are not in the correct location (scrambled)

Sorry to Hijack,

is it possible to get an update for the following unit;

MST2_EU_SK_ZR_P0361T

Thanks!

Thanks! Interesting! I used 7-zip to extract the download to the e-drive (sd-card). I thought that was fool proof and would not fail. What do you recommend?

WinRAR as a 30-day trial, though 7-Zip should have been ok.

The path of some of the files looked off.

I will try to do a command line of the files/by folder so you can do the command to compare.

@boardtc Here attached is the output of a directory command, very basic, but if you can run this on your "E: Drive" and output to a text file to compare that would be perfect

DIR /S

To output to a text file, use an existing path, as such
X: (for the drive letter first of course)

Then this, to output to a text file in that path written
DIR /S > C:\Temp\Firmware.txt

0369 full directory and file list

0369.txt
