I've been "squeeling" for days to activate CarPlay, I've followed several tutorials and I can't get it, until I tried ChatGPT and he tells me about the p0270

IMHO such firmware does not exist

here is no such firmware as Yeti production was closed with MY17 which had SW 03xx.

I do have a Skoda myself but the MIB knowledge here is unmatched. Would it be possible to patch a JP VW MIB2 unit (Nav+2SD cards)? I have attached photos of the device info if anyone could give me an exact file to change region to EU and possibly activate CarPlay if it exists ?

You have MIB1 unit. It's possible to convert it to EU but it's NOT possible to use CarPlay as it does NOT support it at all - if you want CarPlay you MUST replace your glove box unit with one of MIB2 series. If you are interested pls contact me in PM.

Hi @pab567 I would love to convert it but am completely lost, even if I just got my region changed and could install Nav EU I would be happy.
