I have a genuine Skoda spare wheel kit rescued from my wife's 2020 Fabia. It's a 15" steel wheel on a 185/60/r15 Kumho ecowing ES01, and it comes with the polystrene block with jack and brace, as well as the strap and the screw to attach it to the boot floor. It was put in the car once while I repaired a puncture and rolled around the drive but has never been used in anger, as can be seen from the pictures.

Collection from Folkestone for £80

Willing to sell the insert/screw separately?

Probably not at this early stage, but if there’s no interest in a week or so then maybe

You can order one from a VAG parts department for about £10.

OEM part number 6Q0803899A might be what you need, but check with a VAG parts department because they can reference your car's VIN to make sure it's correct.

6Q0803899A might be a suitable length for a 185/60R15 tyre fitted to a 6J rim, but check with a VAG parts department to be sure.

Thanks Carlston but I want the whole insert as well as the screw.

A VAG part department should be able to supply a spare wheel kit (everything except the actual spare wheel).

Try these OEM part numbers:

6V0093860

6V0093860A

6V0093860B

Spare wheel kit (for Fabia MK3) (everything except the actual spare wheel)

As you have a 15" spare wheel, ie. 185/60R15 fitted to a 6Jx15 ET38 5/100 57.1 steel rim, I expect the foam and jack kit includes the following "bolt for spare wheel mounting" which according to my measurements has a bolt length of 50mm (measured to the nearest millimetre). According to the "Skoda parts catalogue" there was an alternative 1J0803899AC, but that was probably for the narrower 175/70R14 fitted to a 5Jx14 ET35 5/100 57.1 spare wheel...which wouldn't need such as long bolt as the 50mm long 6Q0803899A.

By the time he’s bought all that it’ll be the same price as I’m asking for entire kit inc the wheel! Which is no doubt why he was asking me in the first place!

My previous post may have given the impression that the "spare wheel mounting bolt" had to be ordered separately. This isn't the case, as it is included with the foam and jack kit.

Here's a photo of a "spare wheel mounting bolt". The Skoda parts catalogue lists two possible options for the Fabia MK3, 1J0803899AC and 6Q0803899A. The 6Q0803899A option has a bolt length of 50mm (measured to the nearest millimetre). However, the 1J0803899AC is probably for the narrower "175/70R14 fitted to a 5Jx14 ET35 5/100 57.1 steel rim" option...in which case would be a little shorter.

I expect the OP has the longer 6Q0803899A (50mm bolt length) option, because the kit comes with the slightly wider "185/60R15 fitted to a 6Jx15 ET38 5/100 57.1 steel rim" option.

Skoda parts catalogue showing both the 1J0803899AC and 6Q0803899A "spare wheel mounting bolt" options (6Q0803899A is probably a slightly longer bolt than 1J0803899AC)

I'd be interested if I was closer to collect it unless you wanted to do a deal and post??

I'd be happy to wrap it all up nicely if you arrange a courier; i can give you weight and dimensions etc if that's a route you want to go down

Alternatively i'm a bit closer to you this weekend (Cotswolds; Chipping Norton) and could take it with me if you were prepared to travel that far to collect

Still a 250 mile round trip but thank you for offering, I'll give it some thought.

Hi there - I’m assuming you’ve sold this? I’m only around 45 mins from you and looking for a spare for my son’s Skoda Fabia 3 2018.

Hi, it is (partially) still available. In so far as my wife has used the jack and pinched that for her Octavia, so that’s off the table, but if you want the wheel, and the polystyrene thingy to go with it, the strap and the securing bolt, then it’s yours for £40!

and if you want some genuine OE rubber floor mats I need to shift those too so there’s a deal to be done!

Thank you - are the wheel and tyre still unused? If so yes please that would be great. Are there any tools in the polystyrene thing or has your wife taken those to use with the jack?

If you are around tomorrow I could come and collect? thanks
