Am travelling to wales weekend of 6th April, anyone think they may have dished them out before then? Seems a good excuse to really give the car a drive given the 4 hour journey! Either that or its something to look forward to when driving back!

Next Wednesday Stealers will be issued 1 car each to order (of which the seat number is unknown). There will be another car held at port awaiting an order.

The first car will probably arrive to the Stealer, one week later than the Wednesday. The second car I would imagine another week later.

It depends on where you are on the list with your dealer i.e. if you are first, then you should have it in a couple of weeks. If you are second or third etc add a week for each one.

So early April if you are one of the lucky ones in short.

Also, the people who are further down the list on the order sheet will have more say as to what Seat numbers are available. At this point in time I would take anything

Dealer I spoke to said first car will appear on the system as "theirs" in the middle of next week, but doesn't know if it will just be "available" and he'll have to order the delivery, or it might show up as "set for delivery" which means it'd get here sooner.

Just joined the forum and i ordered mine two weeks ago with an expected delivery date of mid to late April:(. When i first ordered the car they quoted the end of March but according to my dealer the cars are having the trim and numbers put on in the UK.

seems to match what others have been told here already, I guess consistency is good, even if it does mean waiting.....

I've just ordered one of these ltd editions on a bit of an impulse. SWMBO and myself have been drving around in a Black Magic VRs that we bought new about 8-9 months ago, so it does seem a little odd swapping such a new car for another new one that is the same (but a different colour!)

I'm looking forward to seeing one in the flesh too. I want to see if the tinted windows on the rear only looks a bit odd

Well I ordered mine yesterday from Honers in manchester. Not sure of the delivery date but hopefully will find out today when I drop off the deposit.

Ordered mine 3 weeks ago. Just contacted stealer and told to expect delivery mid-May as quoted when i first ordered. I want it yesterday.

I got told by horners that finding a std vRS is like gold dust. don't know how much of that is true though....
