Skoda Scala 2020 Brake Fluid Reservoir
Power steering is electric, there is no reservoir. All check items should be covered and their locations identified at the end of your owners manual. Similar to this from the Kodiaq manual…..

Are used prices really THAT strong?
The figure I had gotten from the Arnold Clark online value my car, was exactly what my local dealer offered last week for my Kodiaq against a new Kodiaq. Its also easy to get a settlement figure for your PCP from Skoda/ VW finance

Skoda Connect renewal costs.
How? As above you don’t need to use the bank transfer method. Use your bank debit or credit card an no surcharges are added you pay the price advertised.

Help Diagnosing an AC issue
You do know it’s not legal to fill a knowingly leaky ac system. You really need to have a vacuum test done to see if system holds vacuum before filling with the correct weight of gas.

Extended warranty + strange mileage
What annual mileage you chose for your PCP has no relevance to what extended warranty you chose.

Smaller Wheels
17” wheels fit over the 340mm brake discs fine.

Smaller Wheels
I’ve got 17” Borbet wheels that were supplied from Mr Winter Wheels with my winter tyres. I can honestly say I can’t notice much if any difference in comfort or handling between them and the standard 19” s. I find the standard 19” tyres very comfortable at the correct pressure 2.3-2.4 bar, and I do run the 17” winters at 2.6-2.7 bar.

Stupid Kodiaq question (maybe) dsg Paddle shift Winterpack only?
DSG models do not normally have the steering wheel paddles as standard. According to the latest brochure you need to spec heated steering wheel, which comes as part of a winter pack @ £590 to get the paddles.

Uncomfortable drive - Karoq
I’m not surprised you find it uncomfortable driving that way. Try setting your seat and steering wheel properly and see if it helps. https://www.physiomed.co.uk/uploads/guide/file/21/Physiomed_Sitting_Guide_-_Driving_Digital.pdf

Skoda Kodiaq does not fall under the fixed pricing servicing?
Not all dealers sign up to the Skoda fixed price servicing scheme. For them to say that the Kodiaq is not included in the scheme is simply not true. I would find another dealer, or independent vag garage.

Skoda tyre pressure monitor
Just goes to show you don’t need a fancy complicated all singing and dancing, bells and whistles, expensive system to be effective.

Air Con - Never Getting Cold Issue
Well, it’s not a sealed unit and automotive ac systems are well documented as to leaking up to 10% of gas per year, through compressor seals, and flexible hoses etc.
