  2. What should be plugged in, there are no cables lying around and no other obvious connectors bear by?
  3. So there should be something plugged in here?
  4. Correct, not working. I assumed it was just needing regarded but maybe not. So it's unclear if anything actually plugs into this pressure sensor?
  5. İ think it's attached to the AC pipe front lower left in engine bay, there's no connector attached to it.
  6. Probably something blocked like a filter or EGR valve.
  7. That would be great how do I do that, currently it only unlocks drivers door until I press button a few times but from one press of unlock it would be great to unlock all doors including boot.
  8. I've only ever known the boot to open if you long press the middle button on the fob, should I be abkle to open it by pressing button at the boot?
  9. You need to do a vacuum test. Could be timing also, have you checked timing/cam belts?
  10. I have removed the bolt and tried wiggling the wiper out, is there some technique to this I don't want to break anything, it's pretty tight in there?
  11. Yeh I got it snapped one of the clips though but seems to still fit firmly enough.
  12. Is there a technique, I don't want to break anything? https://i.ibb.co/hBpQVCG/1-PXL-20210218-160135030.jpg
  13. 1.6 2008 FSI. Right side light has stopped working, headlight works though, I tried bulb on other side and it works. I think I located the two 10amps fuses, I'll need to test them with multimeter but if they are ok any idea what problem likely is?
  14. Could be the MAF, you can test it with a voltmeter. Plenty of guides on Internet.
  15. I'm surprised you found a garage to fit a supplied part. You can check here it will be under the wheels/brakes section. https://skoda.7zap.com/en/cz/octavia/oct/
  16. How many miles, when was last service, has clutch ever been changed. Could be a few things, spark plugs, coil pack, build up of carbon somewhere. Can you scan ECU for fault codes?
  17. I bought a £5 Bluetooth elm327 reader from eBay, so far it seems to be able to read all values I have cleared one abs error so I assume you can clear anything. Don't be fooled by the price these readers are probably cheap to make and the higher priced ones are just ripping you off.
  18. Might want to replace crankshaft oil seal while your there, it sits behind the flywheel. It may be ok but while you've got that far could be an idea.
  19. It's not 100% essential, it's just trying to prevent debris getting into the air intake system though it would be caught by the air filter anyway
  20. Looks like there a blown fuse that can cause this, possibly a 60A fuse that sits next to the battery area.
  21. What do you mean by genuine? I guess the Skoda dealer would be genuine parts? Other than that, eurocarparts, ebay, autodoc. eBay will be cheapest.
  22. Your colour code should my on a sticker/plaque on the car side of one of the front doors. This was the cheapest I could find. You get the clear paint also. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/400ML-Car-Paint-Aerosol-Mix-From-Car-Code-Custom-Car-Spray-Paint-FREE-LACQUER/331780699967?pageci=76f542fe-b3f1-43bd-9dfd-8350c6a2f9e4
  23. I found a topic with both the same errors, it turned out they cleaned the electrical connection to the pressure regulator on the high pressure fuel pump and that fixed these errors. So it could well be some connection is needing cleaned and reseated. unless your able to do some testing your going to end up replacing a lot of parts.
  24. What is regeneration?
