MOT Fail - PS Pipes & Stability Control Malfunction.
@Hardcore @Breezy_Pete I'm also wondering if the ESC "fault" could be low voltage?

Wheel Bolt Torque
Not as such, but using the supplied wheel brace will normally give you about the right torque.

Grinding metallic noise from front wheel
I kind of hope so because used pads don't bed well to new discs.

MKII Scout, high speed wobble and a question about suspension. please help me before I do a Basil Fawlty and thrash it with a tree branch.
I'd missed on that. Jack the corner up, support it on an axle stand and see if there is any fore and aft play. If there is, suspect an issue with the bushes or swivels.

How to keep our Roomster on the road
As @skomaz, I think the alternator is most likely another well documented 15 mins at the local garage fix.

Clone VCDS
Do not buy illegal pirate software. At best it won't work well, if at all. At worst it will brick your ECUs and don't expect any sympathy if it does.

How to keep our Roomster on the road
As you may have gathered, I think that, at worst, making the temperature lights work normally will be about £30 (parts) and maybe 15 minutes labour at a local garage.

I know next to nothing about Ren-no.

Skoda Felicia Pickup 1.3 MPi overheating/possible air pocket issue
Not knowing the model, I'll just comment that it's possible that it was air cooled and didn't have water to have a temperature.

How to keep our Roomster on the road
Well, in anything I've driven the red one is supposed to be for overheating (and possibly low coolant). The most likely cause of it illuminating on a cold engine is a false positive caused by muck on the level sensor prongs, often visible if you unscrew the cap on the expansion bottle and look inside. This is usually fixed by scraping a broad flat blade screwdriver down the visible side of the prongs 2 or 3 times. If you can't see them, a new expansion bottle is under £30.

WoW!! JayOrr admits to not knowing something. Honda have used low temperature (warning) lights for at least 10 years.

Skoda Felicia Pickup 1.3 MPi overheating/possible air pocket issue
In this case, the only way I'd see "8" as a typo for "5" would be if I was looking at a matrix of numbers which might be entered with a numeric keypad when 8 is just above 5, rather than them being separated by 6 and 7. Still, other than brake fluid DOT numbers stopping at 5 or 5.1, I think we can agree that LHM is only applicable to Citroens (and possibly a few Mercedes and/or Royces)?

How to keep our Roomster on the road
I'd expect a low temp light to be blue or maybe green.

@ludvig @nta16 According to this Wiki there is no such thing as "DOT 8" brake fluid. If you have evidence to the contrary, please supply photos and/or web pages.

How to keep our Roomster on the road
Curious. I've never known the coolant light throw a latching fault. Could it possibly be dirty prongs in the expansion bottle?

A fine addition to my collection
1) There's a good chance this is electrical, but in the driver's door, not the passenger door. Continuity check the wiring through the driver's door bellows. 2) The cupholder is common with the Elegance and Lauren and Klemens trim levels. It may also be on at least some late Ambiante models. 3) That may well well be a dead wiper motor, or wiring through the LH boot hinge. 4) Leave the boot trim until you get the wiper motor fixed.

What Tyres for Skoda Fabia 2016
@zom414 Get round tyres; Rudolf Uhlenhaut tried square ones on a Mercedes GP car but the drivers complained about too much vibration!

Start and stop disable permanently
I like the idea of turning lane enforce off permanently. Turning off "randomly slam the brakes on" seems more useful than turning off stop/start.

Skoda Octavia stop start not working and high battery charging
Ask a reputable indy or fast fit place to do a deep load test on the battery. This should be free on the understanding that if the battery fails you buy the new one from them.
